This place has gone down hill. Recording tells you your med is available, I stood in line 3 different days for atleast 30 minutes to be told it wasn't in. I have decided to get my meds somewhere else. It is a pity that they can't get it together. So so disappointing!!!

I've had a mix of good and bad experiences here. Sometimes they have your prescriptions ready and no wait or minimal. Other times your prescription got lost or it said it was ready but you go to pick it up and they're out of it, long wait times, any number of problems. Usually nice staff and some of them take the time to remember you.

Just switched to Walmart done with them they called and said my insulin was ready to pick up got there and they were closed they ended up being closed for 3 days well i kinda need my insulin last time it took them 2 weeks to get it i see why they are closing around 500 Walgreens nationwide i wouldn't be surprised if portage shuts down in the near future

Always having problems with the app not showing my meds so I can click on them to refill. Have to go in or call every month. Annoying!

I wait in line forever with 5-6 people ahead of me with 3 registers and there's only one open? Make that make sense to me. Please. Pay your employees better and then maybe you'll have enough employees to operate all 3 registers.

The worst ! lie about insurance delays with prescriptions offer to pay cash then they admit they don’t even have your medication in stock and give you no timeline on when you could see your prescription. Really don’t care if they help people I’m glad my medication isn’t a life saving situation as these people don’t give a shit !

Walgreens and its employees should be rated separately, in my opinion. Walgreens has changed things, I suppose to make things more efficient. However, it has changed to be more difficult for both customers & employees, especially in the pharmacy. The people working there have dealt with a lot of annoyed customers (shamefully I was included in this group once), but they all do it without the situation escalating and often calm others down. Unfortunately, with their computer system or what-have-you, I have to come back to pick up the rest of my partial fill every month, even though I have been on the same med for over 6-7yrs. The inconveniences of this store seems to be a corporate thing, but the people who work there are always helpful & happy to help their customers!

Changed to Walgreens from Walmart a couple of years ago when it seemed like they were faster when I saw my husband has them. The past few prescriptions though it seems like they've gotten slower.
Still waiting on a cream that my doctor prescribed 3 days ago.
When I called today I was told they were waiting to see if I would still want it because it had to be made in store. The thing is they should have called me instead of me calling them. They said it should be done either end of today and if not today tomorrow so I guess I'll be seeing if that is true. Currently, it is 4:20pm.
May start looking somewhere else for future prescriptions.
I've also had a couple of other issues where I was shorted on a prescription, but they were able to fix when I called.

Sent subscription in early morning and the said it will be available at 5PM. Got there at 530 PM and it wasn't ready. Waited 20 more minutes to get subscription. They had all day to do it. I was peed off
