Shout out to Jaydyn in the produce dept! I had almost given up on an item I just couldn't find (sunflower seeds). Jaydyn was busy with a cart of stuff, but he not only looked up where the item was located, but he took me all the way back to isle A26 because he said he wanted to be sure I found it! So kind & helpful! Excellent service! Thank you so much!

Terrible place especially the dairy department. The night shift don’t rotate the milk instead they push the older milk back even when it’s expired. I used to work night shift there and when I mentioned it they told me to mind my own business or go home. And it’s not just the milk it’s everything in that section.

One of the worst Walmarts in the history of Walmarts! They never have anything you’re looking for, and nothing is ever working. The checkouts always take a few tries to scan something, the employees never seem to know anything and the coinstar machine is out of order more often than the McDonald’s ice cream machine! Personally I’d give it zero stars but that’s sadly not an option

I had the pharmacist order some suppliments for me. I picked them up today. They were very helpful. I purchased B2 @ 100 tablets for $6.02. The next priced one for the same 100 pills was $8.56.l

I like the Walmart in Portage. The produce dept is probably the only thing lacking, but that seems to be most Walmarts. Otherwise well stocked & actually has cashiers working in addition to self check.

Best of the best people. I park my truck there. Very polite typical Wisconsin people. Lot of stuff available very clean on top of that employees are very helpful too.

Trying to buy something locked up in a case, they treated me like I was a thief and had to wait around for someone to open the case then they wouldn’t let me put them in my cart. $15 box of latex condoms.. are you serious? Told me they will hold it at the front for me.. I ask around from 3 different workers to get my condoms was treated like an inconvenience.. took like 20 minutes.. waste of time.

Hide and go seek manager? No employee knows "where they are" or "when they're in" or "how to get ahold of them" and leads are NO help. Desk people get 1 star though :)
