Came across this place at a farmer's market. The man I spoke to, John, was very kind and informative. I ended up trying the buckwheat honey and the cranberry blossom honey, both were phenomenal. My family agrees it's some of the best honey we've tried. Will definitely be purchasing again online since we're out of state! So glad I found this place.

I’ve tried almost every kind of honey Patz has to offer from the Farmers market and it was exceptional! Best honey we’ve ever had. Not to mention health benefits. Hope they continue providing delicious honey and honest beekeeping

Purchased their honeycomb at Seaquist Market in Door County. This is seriously the best honey I've ever tasted! Nice to know it can be purchased online.

Tried Wild Flower honey 2020. It is dark full body honey. It is as good as it gets. I can recommend it with no hesitations.

Found their booth at the Wisconsin State fair this year, was able to try some flavors and was really impressed. I fell in love with their cranberry blossom honey, will definitely buy more from them in the future.

Are you cranky and miserable thanks to some idiot who passed you their germs? Do you feel the need to stuff Kleenex up your nose, hunt down the wicked individual who did this to you and then use your teapot to beat the person to death? If so, you need some sweetness in your life. Try Patz Lemon Honey in your tea. Order it now online at then when you're feeling like crap you'll already have it around to make you feel better. Honey, their Lemon Honey is sweet but not too tart. A little bit of this added to a cuppa Twinings, with a slice of real lemon (if you have one) and a splash of whiskey have the same effect as Nyquil but tastes a Hell of a lot better. It'll let you get back to Yelping, albeit in a limited capacity. I've also tried their honey mustard, and it's not disgustingly sweet. It's fabulous on pretzels and ham sandwiches. We stumbled into their booth at the DeKalb Corn Fest and purchased a bunch of their items, but these two are the best. Especially on a day like today.
