Multiple times I have waited for first class mail that I knew needed a signature. No one ever came up to the door, rang the doorbell or anything. Only thing was a notice in the mail that no one was available to sign, when that is blatantly not true as I was home waiting. The postal worker just didn't want to come up to the house and do their do diligence about getting a package properly delivered. Constantly having issues with things like that. It is rather upsetting as now I have to rearrange my schedule every time to come pick up the package and the hours at this facility are terrible and not conducive to people who work. It is really inconvenient. I let it slide a few times because I know the problems of not having enough staff, but when I have been home the last 2 times and there wasn't even an actual attempt made and then I see the notice that no one was available?? Not keeping it to myself anymore. Do better.
