“I had a fantastic experience with Julie and Shawn at Fillback in Prairie! Answered any questions I had, shared so much information and personal experience. I did not feel rushed, and had options to choose from. Was very well taken care of with Fillback in Prairie, will be shopping with them again!”
“Dinese and Tommy, either way that would have went you wouldnt have been happy. After looking at your profile it seems about everywhere you go you have something negative to say! The parts YOU supplied were wrong. And the only way I knew they were wrong was to take the caliper off, (rotors were wrong she orderd off rockauto ) so you had two options. Option A was to pay me to take it apart to confirm it was wrong, and put it Al back together still wrong and not being able to drive it…or B- was to pay me to put the correct rotors on from the parts store. It also NEEDED the RF brake hose. It NEEDED it. To respond to your comment “the brakes felt better before we took it there” I’m sure they did, when the brake pd was gone and it was metal on metal grabbing. Us not knowing how the pedal was when it came in on your old vehicle, we let you take it. Wouldn’t you think if it was THAT bad you’d have noticed before leaving the parking lot? Instead of a day or two later. Then you decide to bring it back and tell us we did our job wrong and you and your son are both at the same time yelling at Brad. And you tell us to fix i! So Brad asks you if you had done anything and you said yes, YOU put rear brakes in it. We pulled the vehicle in and glanced everything we did was correct, making sure there wasn’t an air pocket in the brake hose, Nothing else was needed done… BUT we looked into the rear and surprise. Both rear pads were jammed into the caliper brackets (had to pry them out they were so stuck) and the left rear caliper was locked up. The left rear caliper being it was not working ended up ruining the rock auto brake pads you installed so we ended up putting new rear brake pads in (NEEDED IT) and a caliper which it also needed to be safe and driveable like you wanted. Then when you come to pick your vehicle up your suprised you’d have to pay anything and make a very ignorant comment….so what does Brad do? he gives you your keys and asks you not to come back and charges you NOTHING.”
“As a shop owner I can rely on Brian and his past knowledge and training to get me what I need and at an affordable price for my customers. When there is an issue he resolves it. Delivery is always prompt and includes my full order the first time. Its not the same for other O'Reillys locations. I do a fair amount of service calls and he is very accommodating. Brian knows where to get hard oddball and non automotive items that are farm or construction related as well. Definitely an asset.”
“My fiancé & I just bought our vehicle & it’s the second one I’ve bought from Fillbacks & I will always buy from Julie!! She listens to what you are looking for and what is important to have in your vehicle. Everyone there is super friendly but Julie is the sweetest ever!!”
“Chuck was extremely helpful in Prairie du Chien, WI. Our battery for our CanAm Spyder died and he provided excellent customer service to get us back on the road.”
“My family and I were looking for a 3rd row vehicle. We previously owned a Subaru and were kind of set on another but open to options. Julie Simon and other Employees showed me the benefits of the new Chrysler/Jeep vehicles they had to offer that I wasnt aware of and didnt even really consider. Not only did they perform excellent customer service they made the whole process quick easy and saved us a good amount of money. We are now proud owners of 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Thank you Fillback CDJR!!!!”
“Very friendly. My car has no more issues. It took a little longer than expected BUT it's worth the wait & fair prices! I'm glad my vehicle was in good hands & trusted by several because we were referred here. No regrets”

“We were camping at Wyalusing and some raccoons pulled off the rubber sealing on our minivan passenger window trying to get into our van at night. We called Southwest Collision Center and they got us in that day and were very pleasant to work with!”
“We needed tires and they told us how to order them in because they weren't in stock but they put them on..we did they got them and called 30 mins later we were on the road.”
“I had a pretty confusing electrical problem related to the truck starting and their mechanic figured it out. I had two other mechanics look at it and they couldn't figure it out. Fillback's mechanics and service reps are top notch!”
