We have been banking at People's State Bank - PDC for 20+ years. We recommend them highly. We use their on-line banking services and never have had an issue. The folks have always been helpful and courteous.

The worst bank you can ever bank with. Don't be tricked they have no customer service and they don't care about their customers. I've been a customer for 17 years and I will be closing my account due to their policies and lack of customer service.

exceptionally horrible customer service. i had to wait nearly 3 months for my new card after asking questions to why it was taking so long i was met with dishonesty and no accountability. treated the issue as if it wasn’t their problem. also very ludicrous to think the answer to it was to just “write personal checks everywhere i go” mind you i live in a big city. nicky drone was entirely disrespectful and brought past experiences of their wrongdoing for some added irrelevancy. can’t argue with stupidity. lastly her recommendation to pull my money out of the bank is noted and i’ll be sharing my experience with others. accountability and honesty goes a long way. it’s a shame you operate on a small town level skill set.

Absolutely worst bank around this area there customer service is laughable considering they don't even know what's wrong with there system that's down multiple times a week maybe instead of having like 10 branches use some money to get a better online banking system and get people in there who actually know how to handle it when it goes down for most of the day for multiple days a week its getting out of hand

this banks online banking is a joke every other day its down so you can't check your account there customer service is a joke if you go negative on the day you get paid you get charged an overdraft fee there loan officers are extremely rude do not bank or get a loan from these people!!!

I've emailed their company many times because I have lost my account log in information and I'm never available to call them during the day and after work they are closed and their after hours help line is useless when I can;t understand the people, its not their fault I cant understand them but it also doesn't help me solve my problem. When I email them they call me during work trying to affect my job and makes my boss mad. I'm not allowed to be on the phone during work. This company just refuses to help their customers in any way. They are rude awful people.
