I went to US CELLULAR this afternoon for assistance with my phone or should I say with an email I was getting about my storage. The person would even get her butt out of her chair to help me, so I had to go to her. She wouldn't even look at the email or give me any suggestions on how to handle it! She finished with telling me she couldn't help me, she didn't even try!!! Never going back!!!

They are rude in this store. If you question them about anything they get mad and won't help you. I would recommend going to any other store besides this one.

Certainly not willing to help, trouble shoot OR sell me a new iPad. Had to go to Lancaster for service and assistance. The folks at Walmart are even more helpful then pdc usc. I will not ever go back nor recommend anyone. I have talked to many other us cellular customers and they feel the same.
5 employees and no help?
I bought a new iPad at Lancaster downtown store and super pleased with all their help.

These five stars are for Jordan. We stopped in on a Tuesday to make an appointment for the following day knowing we would need some time to get some phone upgrades taken care of. We scheduled a noon appointment with Jordan for the following day. On Wednesday, Jordan was ready to go when we walked in the door and worked with us quickly to get a lot accomplished in 90 minutes! He went above and beyond, working fast and being extra helpful. We appreciated his speed and knowledge!! Thank you, Jordan!

Associate was dishonest from the start. I shouldn't have trusted anything he said. Worst experience I have ever had with Us cellular. I called customer service to complain only to be told I needed to deal with the associate who sold them to me. He refused to make anything right with me. I had been a Us cellular customer for over 15 years. I switched carriers since then.

This location is an absolute waist of time and space! My wife took her iPhone 13 in for a new SIM card and the phone never worked when they got done with it, they insisted the phone was junk, and one of them even suggested she get a new Samsung because that’s what he had and his phone never had any problems. So I went with her the next day to get it figured out, and they still insisted it was the phones problem. So we came home and spent 40 minutes on the phone with apple support, and let the support guy screen share to the phone, and after all his diagnostics, he confirmed it was a carrier issue, so we called back to the pdc store, and again, they insisted it was the phones issue and it was junk. So I called the us cell tech support, and I actually got a salesman, and he fixed the phone, over the phone! So kris in the pdc store should not be trusted, nor should he have a job there! VERY DISAPPOINTED

i went there with my phone not charging and he knew exactly what was wrong with it within the first several seconds of him having my phone, he fixed the problem with no worry and told me ways to prevent it, and how to fix it if it were to ever happen again

My husband phone quit working 7 days ago. Been at the store and on the phone with them. They keep telling us they're waiting for the technician. Very very frustrated.

Went to get a phone fixed or replaced. Was greeted fairly quickly was a bit of a wait but when we chatted with Wayne he was knowledgeable and kind. He offered all of our options. He did not rush us, he helped my son pick out a phone and case. It was a great experience and I truly appreciate the great service.

Wasn’t acknowledged after entering. Just needed screen protectors, left because the two work my were doing new phones for ppl. Got the vibe that I would not be acknowledged or helped until they were done and it’s unreasonable to wait that long just to get screen protectors.
