Horrible customer service. I have never been to a such a slow dysfunctional place of business, It is scary this establishment is handling people's medications.

A patient of mine went to pick up her prescription today at this location, and was treated very poorly. A pharmacy technician treated my patient like a low class citizen and talked to her very inappropriately. She tried picking up her prescription yesterday, and a technician told her she was a day early to come back tomorrow. So she returned today for her prescription and was told once again she would have to come back the following day because she is still early. I am one of this particular patient's providers, and when she called to tell me everything that was said and done, I was disgusted. I advised her to call the pharmacy and speak to a pharmacist while I was also on the other end listening to see how I can fix the issue and get my patient's medication. This pharmacy responded by threatening to keep her prescription and blacklist her. Told her she committed 2 strikes already and you only get 3. All because she called the pharmacy and stated she just come through the pharmacy window and they told her to come back tomorrow once again, for the second day, and would they please fill her prescription because she was out of medicine completely. Hence this type of prescription she can't go without due to the type of medication it is. This is a huge abuse of authority and power. I am compelled to speak up on my patient's behalf after hearing how that one particular technician spoke to her. I will reach out to her supervisor, because this was a disgusting display of abusive authority and she had no right treating that poor innocent person in that manner! I want to also explain it is not the pharmacy as a whole, it is this one particular technician.

What a joke. From out of town and my son needed a compound mixture which I’ve picked up at this location before call to have a transfer and today they can’t make it for some reason check the system and it’s somehow not in the system that it was made there before. Go somewhere else

I went in the store and I was picking items off the shelf and a very rude employee said "if you're not going to buy it just put it back" and after that I grabbed a cane and walked like 1 foot with it and he comes back and says "if you're going to mess around go to a playground because it's free" and that was very rude. The guy looked retarded so I don't blame him completely but he had a mommas boy haircut, long black hair and a wanna be beard. So I DO NOT recommend going to Walgreens.

They call me by my name. It’s a couple of blocks from me. I get my toiletries there. If I don’t want to drive across town, I can get food items there.

Normal Walgreens, and by normal, I mean just what you need. The store is a good size with the basic layout of most Walgreens. You go in and out and it's near a delicious bakery. It's got your everyday essentials so stop by if you need anything really~
