“It's always hard joining a new gym and not knowing anyone. But here I immediately felt like I had been coming for years. Not only are the staff so extremely nice and helpful... but all the gym goers are so welcoming! And I love that instead of the typical 'rush' hours at gyms... this place is just consistently busy but never crowded! The space is incredible. And the Nutrition Bar is the best! I never leave without my Coffee with Protein or a Tea along with some healthy breakfast to go!Becca has built a wonderful space here partnering with other small businesses! You can go the chiropractor, the salon, the IV bar, massage therapist, music therapy, etc without ever leaving! Saves me so much time!”
