Halloween cards picked up never delivered and it's now been almost a month. We have also had several Menards rebates never delivered even though mail shown in mail confirmation email to be delivered.

My one star is no for the services not by the shipping service itself but by the person who serves at the counter ,I feel sorry for the people who have to use this service because the institution is so prestigious and necessary for the citizens, but the lady who serves at the counter has a terrible attitude. I thought on my first visit that maybe she was having a bad day, but receiving bad services 2 more times tells me that maybe it is time to replace this lady with someone who feels proud to work for USPS.
I asked her to correct the address because it was spelled wrong and what she did was correct it by hand with a pen. Now I just have to pray that the documents arrive at the address that I need, since my shipment was international and the documents are very important for my husband.
What a shame!!!

Service in here is always prompt and speedy! The only time I've ever had to wait was if someone was in line in front of me. Very kind employees in here!

I cannot comment on service in the facility itself, but the carriers are careless. They frequently deliver the mail and small packages belonging to others in my box, so I am sure they must be putting my mail in the boxes of others. The owners of the mail they put in my box are all my neighbors, so it’s a simple matter of being completely careless. Also, they don’t shut the mailbox all the way, so it often is hanging open, and there have been times when everything inside is ruined because it’s gotten wet. It’s incredibly frustrating. So many postal workers are so good, but the carriers from this post office are not among them.

The head manager is ridiculous paid 9 dollars for a letter to be delivered specifically to one person via signature confirmation. They delivered it to the persons secetary then tried to charge me for certified delivery which is not what i bought. You cant say well you bought hbo but got one movie from it so we are just gonna charge you for the movie. I literally had to call milwaukee to be refunded 3 dollars. The post master is a petty moron. And the rest of the staff routinely mess shipping up. You literally have one job,one very well paid cushy job with a multitude of benefits.

Very small customer/waiting area. Friendly efficient staff.
