Sauk Prairie Healthcare Wellspring in Prairie du Sac, WI offers rehabilitation including physical therapy and occupational therapy. Our physical therapy clinic offers non-operative treatments; therapy after surgery; rehab for hip replacement or knee replacement; and therapy for hand, finger and wrist injuries. Our community fitness center features a warm water pool and exercise gym. Our certified staff offer land and water exercise classes, massage, health coaching and personal training.

Physical Therapy Courtney was fantastic and listened to all my concerns and put a plan into action for me to work on strengthening my core areas of my hips and lower back! First time there and so glad I went!
