The manager Sarah was RUDE. I was patiently waiting at the live chicks area, we made eye contact and she said with attitude “I’m coming” and I haven’t even said anything to her. I knew which chicks I wanted, seabright bantams. They are different from the other bantam chicks. I pointed the specific chicks I wanted out to Sarah, she kept grabbing the wrong one even after pointing them out again. Sarah then said “Well I can’t be picking up chicks one by one”. Isn’t that your job? Is it store policy that you can’t pick up chicks for your customers? At other tractor supplies they pickup chicks one by one. Sarah then tells me that I’m being difficult. Is that how you act to your customers? I love shopping at Tractor supply but Sarah left a bad taste at this location. I don’t mind having to drive an extra 40 minutes because of you Sarah.

Bought a present for my fiancé and it was quite a large item. The employees here and the customers were super nice and helped us load it into the truck, the prices were by far the lowest also.Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time!! Thank you!!

Met a very sweet and charming staff member yesterday. She saw my toddlers playing with a giant stuffed horse, and my eldest was very excited about it. It was on clearance, but I wasn’t sure if I wanted to pick it up. The staff member was so kind and told my girls she’d make a deal with them for the horse, and thus I now have a giant horse in my living room.
It wasn’t something that had to be done, but it was an act of kindness I won’t forget. I didn’t catch her name, but if you see this: thank you.
I go to this store for my miscellaneous needs for chickens and other livestock, but the staff here are exceptional and always friendly and ready to help.

Chicken feed from here = poor egg production. Switched supplier and my egg production soared.

I came to this store in search of dog food my regular store was out of. I called ahead and the workers were really friendly and offered to put it on hold for me. I decided to walk around and snap some pics and while this store is smaller than the other one I frequent it’s still packed with a ton of the same stuff, including but not limited to a lot of pet supplies, some really cute decor, and a bunch of primo candy. Worth a little bit more driving and Prescott is a very charming town.

They ask if you need help, no thank you. But 6 or 7 employees will not help with cashiering. The manager by the front door could care less!!

Amazing store! The selection is top tier and they have vaccinations!!! They even offered me ice for the vaccinations! They were very friendly with my dogs and I enjoyed my time here. The store is also very clean!
