We recently purchased a boat from Norton's Dry Dock. Stefan was extremely knowledgable and helpful and even provided an on lake demonstration after purchase of the boat. Would highly recommend.

After many years of “looking” finally pulled the trigger. Went to multiple Lund dealers in Wisconsin and couldn’t be happier with the experience here. Stefan was awesome to work with.

We have been customers of Norton's Dry Dock since 2004 and have always been pleased by their products and customer service. Besides our other watercraft, our fishing boat is now 15 years old, and because of Norton's care of it, it's still in fabulous condition. We highly recommend this business.

Purchased a new Lund from Norton’s. I had been looking around the state at multiple dealers and Norton’s was the only one that responded to my requests and questions almost immediately. They gave me a fair price and went the extra effort on setting it up using both new electronics and some from my old boat. Great experience and would recommend.

I get my outboard engine winterized here every year. Over the years they have also done a great job installing my fish finder, worked on my trailer, etc. very reliable work. Closed for deer gun season.

I recently purchased a new Lund and it was a pleasure working with the team at Nortons. I brought electronics from another boat and added a few additional items and they put it all together. Fortunately they were delayed with delivery which turned out great as I was able to hunt another day and shoot a nice buck. The new Lund runs great. The 4 blade prop on it hits the RPMs perfectly and the boat loads and unloads smoothly no issues. When I took delivery they went through everything with me. It makes me want to buy another Lund. Last but not least this is my third Lund. If it’s important to you then buy Lund. My others are 30yrs old and have been used 60 hrs a year in all weather, everything works and nothing leaks. Never have I had an issue with Shorelander trailers, just add grease and tires. I will add that this is my first bunk trailer vs rollers and it’s a nice change in simplicity. Thank you all, see you next summer.

Several years ago we purchased a Godfrey pontoon from them, and this year decided to upgrade and repower from a 60hp to a 115. I was hopeful that I could complete the transaction with Nortons, but I did get estimates from several other dealers. Thankfully, Nortons was very competitive and accommodating in getting this done. Working with Stefan is always a pleasure.
3 grandkids learned how to ski last weekend!

Recently completed the purchase of a new Lund through Norton's with Stefan. I was unaware of their dealership, prior to finding the very complete listing & photos of a model I was interested in, which they had in stock, while doing research on-line. Very knowledgeable, service was terrific, and they answered multiple questions both before, during, and after the sale. I drove nearly 90 miles to get the rig I wanted, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

Caution; I write this review with a heavy heart, I was hoping a local business would take care of local customers, however that’s not the case. I took my pontoon to these folks last September to be winterized, and with the concern that I had water in my oil. They had it for 2 weeks before calling me to confirm my suspicions. They told me that it was necessary to remove the engine (4.3 mercruiser, aka inboard Chevy) to tear down and find the problem ($700). I agreed to proceed. A month later I got a call saying that the head gaskets were at fault, and that it would cost $1,600 to repair, again I agreed to the repair after asking them if the heads were okay. The service manager told me everything was good, just needed a set of head gaskets. After about a month I received another phone call, this time being told that upon further inspection I had a cracked head. I asked about the other head and was told that it looked okay, but they recommended replacing it for no apparent reason(another $900)I asked if they sent it out to be checked for warpage, cracks, and compression, to which they said No. So again I asked if the head was okay, got a yes response, and I asked them to proceed with one new head if the other was okay. Another few weeks later the service manager called again to confirm that I only wanted the bad head replaced and not both, to which I again asked if there was anything wrong with the other head, to the answer of “No”. At the end of May I received a call that my boat was done. I went to pick it up and the bill was $300 more than quoted, and I was given a verbal face to face warranty from the tech, and the service manager that they stood behind their work if there was any issues and that they ran the motor on muffs(not in the water with load on) and it ran good. I slowly broke in the new parts with about 3 hours of idle time and then on Labor Day weekend with all our kids we decided it was time to open it up and take them tubing for the first time this summer. We weren’t on the water for 5 minutes at 3/4 throttle and the motor was missing and had no power. I immediately shut it down to find the engine crankcase overfull with water once again, and 5 extremely disappointed kids on my hands. I took the boat back to Nortons for inspection on Labor Day, and today they called and told me that there was low compression on the old head that they said was okay, and it was still putting water in the crankcase, and it was going to cost me the same as last time ($3,400) and they were NOT standing behind it. To add insult to injury, when I decided that I wasn’t going to pay them to do it again, they then proceeded to charge me $161 diagnosis fee. If you have a wide open checkbook and money to blow, this is the place for you. If your a hard working small blue collar family I highly recommend staying far far away……
