The guy was super nice and made my first time experience wonderful. I wasn't sure on how many stamps were needed for my bulky card and decided to pop inside. Glad I did.

Don't use the post-office if you don't have to. It's not worth it and isn't 24/7. If you order something online attempt to use UPS, DHL or FedEx. Or another service if you can.Lost packages, damaged packages, and many other issues.

I went in there to send a letter to someone that would require for a signature upon receipt. I waited in a very long line and when I got up to the person, they told me to go back and make out some form. Really? I had no idea what to do with the form. I ended up leaving because I had already waited 15 minutes to get to someone and now the line was twice as long. I avoid this place. I usually order stamps online just to avoid them. They are extremely short with you and are not helpful. I honestly didn't have any idea what to do with the form they gave me. I have to mail a package soon and will go to UPS instead only because they are helpful and don't act like I am interrupting their day.

I'm still fairly new to the Green Bay Area and I had to mail out something, so I went into the Post Office in Packerland, and the service there was excellent! Best service I have ever received at a Post Office!! Did not have to wait long in line, they were super quick, answered all of my questions and told me which was the best way for me to mail my package! I was super happy with the service I received!! I couldn't be more happier with the service I received! And they were super nice and definitely a clean place! The only reason I didn't give the place a 5 star was I took 1 star away for the parking lot, that's kind of a cluster area! Otherwise it is a perfect area in my opinion!!

Normally pretty buy around 3:00-4:45 and you have to wait. People at the desk are very stern with little personality, very business like.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Government workers at their finest. I wish I never had to mail another item in my life. Rude. Poor customer service. Avoid if possible.

Worst post office in the area. Why have a 7:30 pm drop off cut off time if you don't empty the receptacle? 90 percent of the time the receptacle is jammed because there are too many packages in the bin. There are employees there during this time but they simply do not care to empty it. I have had to return home and come back the next day. You can yell so the employees in the back hear you say it needs to be emptied, but its no use. Also my packages are not scanned consistently. I have mentioned it to the employees and all I get is attitude. Its almost like they don't want any business. It must be nice being able to not do your job and still collect govt insurance benefits.

It's safe to say there is no shortage of ho-hum attitudes at this location. It's rare that I go there, but when I do it would be nice to deal with a human being equipped with a personality. Once in a blue moon, there is that rare postal worker who smiles and chit-chats with their customers. It's a small town post office with a big city attitude. Loosen up, and at least TRY to encourage your employees to grow personalities.

If i could give then 0 stars i would Moved in pulaski last year october And so far ive dealt with waiting extra days to get mail I sometimes noticed that the mail lady will drive by real quick and leave without even putting on envolpe in a mail box Mond you that i do live in an apartment complexed. Sooo with the amount of people there is and none of us having mail for awhile is very unlikely I also one time bought a cello It was very beautiful amd i put a lot of research into it. For some reason instead of calling me like i requested to pick it up The mail lady delivered the package and didnt look happy getting out of her car *yes its was a sunny summer day* I was was looking through my window to see who was coming on my patio And she drops the package on the black top Then she throws the package again on the patio *concrete* on purpose I hear a very loud crack and bring the box in ....once i opened it my cello was snapped by the neck The service is awful ...when i confronted them about it All they could say is that it must have been broken before they got it That was never the case I did make a claim and such on it But it didnt go anywhere because of them Bad service, always days late, and no effort what so ever Its not worth dealing with people who chose not to do their jobs
