Clean organized store with a great quality selection and prices. The employees are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I especially like the paint selection, and the row of toys. It's hard to find unique toys for gifts. The rewards program is great and it's a nice family owned business.

Seriously impressed with the customer service! I showed up with some shot out bolts and only had to walk back to the fasteners section and the manager helped me find replacement parts from a nearly unrecognizable broken one. Packaged me up and sent me on my way in under 5 minutes.
And it wasn't just me, I saw 3 other customers immediately asked if they needed help right away. There were plenty of employees around to help.
There was also a lot more variety within the store than I expected!

The 2 ladies at the front desk were so king and nice. The gentleman that filled my propane tanks was very nice .

Love that I can make a quick stop at Kortendick to get what I need in this side of town without having to drive 15 min in either direction to get to a big box store

Went in to store to get new chainsaw blade and the guy was the most rude person I have ever dealt with , I decided to take my business else where I will not do business with them anymore.

Every time I go into this Ace Hardware, the customer service is disappointing. I rarely get any real help — instead, I get a lot of older employees just staring instead of offering assistance. Even at checkout, the staff are unfriendly and never offer me a bag for my purchases. I’m very clearly pregnant, and it’s frustrating to juggle items without one. Their overall attitude feels snotty and unwelcoming, and it’s been the same experience every visit. This isn’t even the closest hardware store to me, but I’ve gone here because it’s convenient — unfortunately, the lack of basic courtesy and service makes me rethink coming back. Maybe hire some young folks for once.

I was a first time shopper, ask for help and the workers were non helpful at all ..
seem like they didn’t want to help me at all
It was a very frustrating experience
Every question I ask seemed to annoy the old men they had working
For example it’s over there .. would point and walk away .. and I really needed help because like I said I was a first time shopper and unfamiliar with the store …
But it was odd when other shoppers asked for help they were very helpful and took out the time to explain things and help them personally..
and I stood from a far and watched like damn they were rude to me and like I’m getting on they nerves
But the people not the same color as me they we’re nice as ever and helpful
I never use the race card because I could careless
But it was definitely in effect..
but they don’t ever gotta worry about me ever stepping in that store again!
It definitely irritated me kinda ruined my day but I’m not gonna let the negative energy pull me down
But I’ll definitely share my experience at this store
