Talk to Janessa today on the phone and she was SUPER helpful . Tried to look into my issue and when we couldn’t find a quick solution she offered alternatives . Awesome customer service!!

1 star only because you can't give negative stars! Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever been given anywhere in 56 years of life! Apparently no one here gives a blank about any type of customer service for even being polite to a customer. I will never shop at this location again and I will recommend that no one else does

My car was having trouble starting. I drove over to AutoZone and Tim D., the new store manager, tested my battery - which fortunately was the problem. He did say that he would be happy to test the alternator and starter, if needed. It took almost no time to get a battery, which Tim promptly popped in. When you have car trouble, but don't know much about cars, any kind of problem feels like it's going to be a long, drawn-out, expensive situation. Tim quickly put my mind at ease and provided an affordable solution. I'm so very happy. He saved the day!! Highly recommended.

They replaced a mail order for me that consisted of badly used parts! Cannot ding this store, but AutoZone needs to get its act together on the mail order fulfillment stores. I was shocked and replacement was an additional and unnecessary waste of time.

Best service janessa B she took care of 3 people at a time I was 1 of the 3 and a other customer plus customer on the phone she took care of me and 2 other customers 1 in store and other 1 on phone twice different days and got everything on point she is a great worker 5 ☆☆☆☆☆
