Very pleasant staff, store is very clean, but they were limited on plumbing products. Would still go back, as I don't know what their inventory is on other products.

Excellent customer service and very friendly. Went in there for a copy of a truck key, was done in minutes, cheaper than expected and they even came with me to make sure the key worked.

Employee did not know what he was doing!! He didn't know how to void a simple transaction. Tried to overcharge me but, I caught that. Then did not know how to ring up a whole box of screws!!

Went to Avia True Value website to look at their products and found nothing. I wanted to compare the items I'm interested with Kortendicks
(Kortendicks had pictures and pricing on their website) and Avia True Value had no info at all on their website. No pricing or pictures at all.
How can a person compare if there is no info.

I went to Avia True Value for the first time today. Super clean, everything was easy to find, and the service was very helpful and friendly. I had to find a hard to find thick metric M14 washer. They had 10 of them. I needed all of them.
I will be back for sure! Highly recommended!
