I ordered 2 movies online and B&N cancelled one but got a call from this B&N directly that they found the movie & my order was fulfilled. Great customer service!

This is one of my favorite places to visit. The staff is friendly and the books are typically well stocked. I enjoy the fact that they provide a reward system to members and non-members alike.
