“Came in to check battery. Employee got on it right away. Found out it was weak. Gave me a few options. Was very well in giving me info on everything I was trying to look at. I could change it out myself but he asked to do it right there in the parking lot. Sorry I didn't get his name. That's my fault. Racine Wi Washington ave. I believe it's #3276”
“It’s the best auto parts shop I’ve ever been to. One time I was lost, and instead of getting frustrated, the staff were incredibly kind and helped me find the location I was looking for. They also have a guy named Marino who works near the parts department—you can always drop your car off with him for service. And if there’s any auto part you can’t find, just go there. They’ll take care of you.”
“Always have great service and repairs, replacements or checks done quickly. Went in this evening and the gentleman that waited on me was friendly, professional and efficient.
They have some neat gadgets for sale, often deep discounts and are very knowledgeable.
The store is always clean and often no wait, there’s plenty of parking and it’s easy in and out.”

“Stopped in to have them check my car battery. Needed a new one so I purchased one and asked if they could put it in for me. I didn’t realize this is not something that they normally do, but Jim was awesome and offered to do it for me anyway! Highly recommend, especially if Jim is working!”
