I asked to mix some paint. Midway through, I changed my mind and needed a darker tone of the same paint. He couldn't match it and would not mix a new paint to meet my needs. I did NOT buy the paint yet as his system was poor. He told me if I walk out without purchasing the paint he mixed, to not come back. I wanted to buy the darker tone and he refused to mix it for me. He let me walk out of the store without purchasing any paint. His loss.

I asked them to mix me 1 gallon of paint. I was told to come back in two or three hours and it would be ready... I told them no thanks. I then drove to Ace hardware where even though they were busy, did my paint match, and shook it up all in only 10 minutes. Benjamin Moore slow!!?

All your paint needs served by a knowledgeable customer oriented store with everything you need for surface covering. Exceptional product quality and breadth of products. The business has been in this downtown storefront for decades. Much better experience, knowledge and overall value than any box store in the area.
