Typical fast food place. But I will say that the Texas Double Whopper is pretty tasty! It was a little over $30.00 for two people for lunch, a tad pricey. But that's life.

Customer service is not on the menu, they don't care about you or your long waits to place an order, don't care about opening on time ! Don't worry though they will make an extra effort to have you eat someplace else.

Been over a year since I’ve stopped at this location. Last time was awful with the ridiculously long wait although I was the only person waiting and below average customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast and nice service I received tonight. Will frequent it more

Recently went to the drive thru at Burger King (12-24-'23) on Washington ave and this was the first shameful experience I've had from this location in a looong time.Cheesy tatertots were stale and room temperature warm and so were the fries, once the fries get cooled down they have a cardboard feeling and they get firm to chew on.The employees knew it also because 2 employees inside said it out loud, first a young male then a female repeated him telling the cashier who passed us the food, the boy said, "last order of cheese tots, Not fresh," then the girl repeated him, then he said, "Medium Fries,not fresh."The girl repeated him while handing the bag to the lady at the window to which she then passed to me.If they knew the food had been sitting under the lamps cooled down then why did they still serve it?It wasn't like they were closing anytime soon, it was only 2:20pm.Then they don't give a receipt and when you ask for one (because YES I scan my receipts on apps) I was told "it's on the bag" you can't even read the receipt which isn'tthe receipt, it's the order that's doesn't indicate the price of items or total. SMHIt makes me believe that in order for the restaurant to be called Burger King, the register receipts have to be defected because all 3 BK's in Racine RARELY have readable receipts.You figure after a few years of the same issue and the prices hike of everything they'd spring for new ink or registers.Hopefully the owners or managers see this review and actually correct the 2 issues. I'm SURE they wouldn't want their food to be un-hot or un-fresh or be charged full price for old food.

Dear Burger King Management Team,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment on the evening of September 25, 2023, between 7:45 PM and 8:00 PM, via the drive-thru. It is with great disappointment that I recount the experience I had with one of your employees.I had expected a certain level of professionalism and courtesy when placing my order. The young lady who took my order displayed an astonishing level of rudeness and incompetence. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and even then, she managed to note it down incorrectly.To make matters worse, she began using inappropriate language, demonstrating a complete lack of respect and professionalism. When I asked for her name so I could properly address the issue, she refused to provide it and shockingly declined to take my order any further. This level of disrespect is unacceptable and has tarnished my perception of Burger King.I proceeded to the pickup window in an attempt to resolve the issue and speak with the employee in question. However, she deliberately closed the window in my face, leaving me bewildered and frustrated. What is even more concerning is that other staff members witnessed this entire incident and did nothing to intervene or rectify the situation.I am left with the distinct impression that this employee lacks not only the necessary customer service skills but also a basic understanding of respect for patrons. It is disheartening to believe that such behavior might be influenced by personal biases, such as nationality, as it appeared she treated me differently based on my perceived ethnicity.This experience has shattered my confidence in Burger King's commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. I strongly urge you to take immediate action to address this matter and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Customers should feel valued and respected when patronizing your establishment, and my recent experience fell far short of that expectation.I look forward to your prompt response and the steps you plan to take to rectify this situation. I sincerely hope that you will take this matter seriously and work towards improving the service standards at this particular Burger King location.

Today, August 22, 2023, 3:20pmI thoroughly was surprised at my visit and was happy to eat my meal in good spirits.May sound odd, but I did. The whole interaction with the young (possibly hispanic) gal taking my order and at the window, was good, she had a pleasant attitude, polite and seemed to be in a good mood.As I sit writing this almost 2 hours later I'm still feeling like I wanna give the workers a hug and say, "Thank you for making my lunch an enjoyable one"Then my order was exactly how I ordered it, with a potato bun since I can't have seeds, whopper w chz was hot, the fries were hot and mozzarella sticks were good.There have been times where I ask for potato buns or any buns with no seeds and no tomatoes but at times it seemed like it would be too much work for them to swap it out and they would do opposite of what was requested which results in just eating the patty and tossing everything else on the burger out.I just wish there were more workers like the ones they had there this afternoon.If the workers happen to see this, THANK YOU!!! for not being rude, impatient, sloppy and for NOT having a funky attitude. Thank you!! ?????

It will be a really long time before going here again!!! I just moved to the area and BK is my family's favorite place to go on a regular basis. The first night there, the burgers were cold and bread was yeasty. Gave them another try and the nuggets were so old they looked like they were cooking for three days, the burger was warm but made sloppy. Tried one last time with my wife during lunch, hoping to get fresh food, this past Thurs, and the lady taking the order was so frustrated. She asked me 3 times to place my order, making me repeat myself, couldn't get past the first burger. She then comes across trying apologize not screaming but not talking either, complaining that 5 different people were trying to talk to her at the same time. I said fine, I will come in and order, and just drove away, going to Popeyes next door. If you can't control your employees and if the poor girl was being hounded, you need to figure something out. The food is poor, service is poor, this BK is a Shame!!!

Worst place ever. They didn't even cook the food. The burger was cold. I don't mean heat lamp cold! I mean never heated, just taken out of the cooler and put on a bunch cold.

Apparently the employees at this location seem to not only lack the ability to pack separate orders in separate bags but they can’t take correct orders or answer a phone… will not come here again

Wasn't at all what I ordered. didn't realize it until I got home. I sat Waiting for the original order for almost 20 mins so I decided to take the whole experience as a loss. I ended up door dashing something else.

Actually hot and well put together! We for the first time in months enjoyed a fast food meal, the quality of fast food in the area has been declining but burger King who we hadn't been to in months due to previous bad experience has clearly stepped their game up! Good stuff y'all

When they tell you to pull around front and not wait at the drive thru window (all because they want their corporate window times down) I find that a disservice to the food service industry. How else do you learn to improve your service without the wait times being truly accurate? I'm in the process of getting my ServSafe Cert. So I understand how the process to make the times smaller. Yet this way is just bad. As you need those times to see that corporate needs to hire more people, and at higher wages, to get those times down.So, start keeping people at the drive thru window or the next time I go thru the drive thru, the bbb and corporate will be called to deal with the matter.Thank you kindly for understanding as service to customers is my main priority.
