Working here is terrible upper management is falling apart and for the role I was hired I was given broken equipment to fix other broken equipment. I was a maintenance technician for 6 months here and in that time the boss paid for a bus to get wrapped and where did that money come from oh cutting all the employees hours for a week on top of a holiday. But this takes the cake the owner Mark Edwards is dating the accountant and one day she came back into parking lot in the company work truck came up to me and asked if i could clear out the garbage in the back I agreed thinking it'd be company related but it was all boxes and bags from her shopping and I had to use the company credit card once for ordering a relay the blew on a machine and what do you know the last 4 on the accountants reciepts and the last 4 on company card were a perfect match!

I cannot believe their employees are working 60 hours a week one week, and then the next not even 30. This happens over and over and over, throughout the year. How do you expect your employees to survive if they can't count on a full paycheck week to week???? What kind of company are you to treat your employees like this? They have families, homes, things to take care of and you are holding them hostage. I bet your office staff continues to be paid when your manufacturing team is off work for no pay due to your horrible scheduling.

Working for this place really sucked you have to work for 8 hrs and you get one break for those 8 hrs and on top of that you have to work everyother Sat it's a bad place to work n it's overwhelming

As a past employee, this place had become terrible to work for. Sending employees home when management can't schedule properly and taking away our vacation time as a result of their mismanagement. DON'T WORK HERE!

Burlington graphic systems is the worst job I've ever had. I gave them over a year straight of 10 to 12 hour days. Didn't miss a day until after 9 months of being there. Gave them my all and carried that plant along with daylon. (Finishing spider) only to be treated like a piece of trash. To be talked down upon my those who are supposed to be leaders there. Mark Edward's (president) in the year I was there never even said "hi" to me. But had the audacity to mark me as not able to be rehired. I quit because his favorite pee on ever (steve jones) can't handle his emotions and lashed out at me for no reason other then he had the power to do so. If you work there. Quit as fast as you can. You will be stuck at the position they put you at forever. If your not apart of the managers circle, you will be treated like a peasant. If your thinking about Appling here. Ask yourself why they've had an immediate hire poster in front of they're plant for over a year and still have the same amount of vacant jobs? So do yourself a favor and apply anywhere else. It will save you alot of wanted time.
