Burn Mt. Pleasant is a fantastic place to go for class-based workouts. If you are unfamiliar with Burn, they train on a mix of HIIT type workouts and strength. I’ve only been going for a month or two, and I’m already feeling 10x better about my workout regimen.They also have fantastic trainers. I’ve mostly worked with Ian, and he is very attentive and respectful. He always has something motivating to share.Highly recommend.

Burn Boot Camp isn’t a gym, it’s a community of amazing people. It’s completely changed my life and the lives of so many other incredible people that I’ve had the opportunity to meet and workout with. If you want to take your life back and be healthy then get in here!!! They have a free 2 week trial!! You have nothing to lose!! Except a few pounds..... ??Oh! Free child care too!!!!!

This review is geared for those like myself who haven't seen a gym since red gym short and over the calf tube sock days. Is it for you and will you fit in? Reader Digest version answer...absolutely yes. Hard cover book version...sign up..easy online. Show up..First time..pick your class time and show up 10 minutes early. Someone greets you at the door.. I just told them I was new and had no clue what I was doing. They took it from there. You will feel completely welcomed. Work out...Usually 6 stations..trainer will give example of each exercise and give an alternate that's easier. Workouts change every day so nothing gets stale. Zero judgemnt..dosent matter how out of shape you are...you will feel welcomed. I had a hard time just getting off the ground when I started..think of a turtle trying to stand up..that was me. ? Trainers are phenomenal. They are encouraging while also pushing you. They will remember your name which surprisedme..I have no idea how the remember everyones name but they do. Focus group..sign up for one on one with a trainer and you go over your goals and they help you set a plan to get there. Private online Facebook group...very supportive. Ask anything from nutrition to exercise to anything in between. They also have member get togethers..baseball game..swimming outings..etc. that you can join in on. Childcare..they have it for certain workout sessions but I don't know anything about it. Everything here is geared towards you feeling welcomed ..comfortable and successful in your goal.

I started going to Burn after having an injury. I feel that Burn has helped me recover and become stronger, although I still have work to do. The workouts are always challenging and fun. The trainers, Becca, Staci, Brittney, and Randi are positive and encouraging. I feel that they want clients to be successful and more than willing to help clients achieve their personal goals.

This is a place that I start my day out at six days a week. The atmosphere, trainers and people there are amazing. This is not only my gym but my 2nd family. Very positive and everyone is encouraging. ???

Burn Boot Camp has great all around workouts and the community is very supportive. The trainers are encouraging and there are many camps offered throughout the day. The childcare is wonderful and enables parents to stay fit, too.

Love love love my mornings at Burn with my daughters. The trainers and members are so fun and welcoming. I love the variety of the workouts. It never gets boring!!

I love everything about Burn! The community, the support from the trainers and other members, the class environment and the flexibility of class times for working members! I was injured outside of burn and had the flexibility of stopping my membership until I was fully healed which I have to never had any other gym do for me! I am forever grateful for Burn ???

Burn Boot Camp Mount Pleasant is the best community and group of trainers I have EVER met. They are continuously supportive and encouraging while always uplifting others through positivity. I have been going to Burn for little over a year. Had some health issues so had to take a break in between. But it is the best decision I made so far! Trainers are the best! They challenge you and help you out in every possible way! Focus meetings also keep you on track and u get alot of guidance from the experts. I made so many friends at burn. They all encourage you to do things u never imagined you would do! The community is amazing! I highly recommend Burn! ?

I’ve been a member of BurnBootCamp in Mt Pleasant for just about a year and I can’t imagine life without. The workouts are intense, never boring and always challenging. The trainers are one of a kind. We truly have the very best!The community is very encouraging. It’s great to be surrounded by strong people. Has been great both physically and mentally! I love that when I’ve traveled , I’ve been able to use my universal membership at other burn locations! I can’t recommend it enough!
