It is the worst bank... the employees don't ask absolutely anything, they see you arrive and they ignore you. The service in Spanish is also very bad... when they have someone who speaks Spanish and that person does not know how to explain what people ask for... the wait is super long to be able to do some procedure or to be able to get guidance on anything that they ask for. you have to ask... they definitely have 0 in customer service

The phone system is horrible. I recommend a different bank. One that you can call and they would actually pick up the phone because they care about their customers!

The worst staff, customer experience Ive encountered. Ive drawn out my mortgage, savings, cancelled Chase credit cards because of this branch. Total ineptitude. Called today about foreign currency, couldnt answer a simple question, then put me on hold, to send me to voicemail. AWEFUL. DO. NOT. BANK. HERE.

Atm ate my check 2,000 plus check and bank can’t do nothing about it make me go out my way to make calls , get it thru mail etc won’t use atm very unreliable anyways

I live out of state and have been calling this branch for the last 3 days to take care of my decease mothers account and they never pick up. The 800 number they send you too has hung up on me 3 times while acting like they’re trying to assist me.

Horrible customer service. Came in last week to fix a problem with my account that didn't get fixed!! Now I can't spend MY money and the 21st branch doesn't know how to answer a phone or call someone back.
