Yes, there is a reason that we have been with State Farm for almost 30 years. Great coverage and great customer service. Very pleased with this agency! Needed a quote after my policy increased due to rates from a different company I had been with for years. Not only was Daniel to beat the quote by double, he even increased some added perks on my policy. He thoroughly explained any questions I had while comparing policies. Highly recommend!

The staff at Diane Davis are super kind and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions about my policy and the horrible, bloody accident I had, they knew exactly what to do and help me with my bloody mess. We have been with State Farm for years and continue with Diane Davis and Daniel Slagell even after we moved away, because of their customer service. Daniel answers the phone promptly, answers emails the same day and takes care of all our insurance needs easily. I have never had a problem with claims or switching cars or getting information. I have been with State Farm in Wisconsin for the last 15 yrs. Diane Davis has been my agent. The staff is very professional and always willing to help with whatever my needs are. If anyone ask me about insurance I gladly say my Agent is Diane Davis with State Farm. No matter where I live I will always have a State Farm Agent.

Been a customer here for many years with a variety of policies. They do a great job of customizing coverages according to my needs and budget. Very competitive pricing, and nary a premium increase. Daniel is like a modern day Radar (see: M.A.S.H.), seemingly answering questions and addressing concerns before I even verbalize them. Freaky good.Give these guys a call or pay them a visit. Best agency I've ever worked with, and I'm not exactly a spring chicken.

I had been shopping around for new home and auto insurance, looking to bundle and save. I worked with Dan by telephone and e-mail. He was unfailingly courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, and helpful. He matched coverage and reduced premiums for both home and auto (Hanover and GEICO, respectively). I’m glad I made the switch to State Farm!

I wish my agent from a different state was here in Wisconsin. Compared to that agent, this agency is stuck in the past. The lady agent was rude to me. And so was the guy that sits at the first desk. I liked the lady at the second desk though
