Kenji was very unprofessional and rude. I purchased a 43oz bottle of Clorox bleach expecting to use my $1 off coupon. At checkout, all of my coupons were accepted except the bleach. He told me the bleach I had purchased needed to match the one in the picture. I pointed out the details read ANY Clorox bleach excluding the 20oz. His response was “ Well if it didn’t go through then it’s not the right one.” My response was “ I shop here all the time and sometimes the computer will miss coupon(s) but as long as the item matches up with the description, the cashier usually manually applies the coupon.” His response to me was “Do you want it or not?” Visibly agitated. I asked for the manager and he said “I am the manager.” His disposition and demeanor immediately gave, Its Saturday night and I don’t want to be here. He should be stocking inventory with that attitude not interacting with paying customers, and especially not be managing the store.

I would leave a zero if it was avaliable. I purchased an item that was defective and when I went back to the store 5 minutes later to return it the cashier had trouble with the transaction and called for help. An employee named Eric came to the counter and spoke to me in a very loud condescending voice and insinuated that I was trying to scam the store. When I asked for clarification of the store policy, he laughed at me then berated me for buying junk and told me to complain to corporate. Later Eric claimed to be the store manager and began shouting and scolding me for not understanding the product. I not be returning to this store.

I don’t usually shop at dollar general only because it’s very cluttered andUnorganized. I stopped here because my cat needed food and I didn’t want to go way out of my way to a bigger store. This store was immaculate and orderly. Employees were helpful and friendly as well. I will be stopping here again!

Manager has a nasty attitude, workers are slow, don't know anything about the sales and can't properly tell you what sale consist of, what needs a coupon and what doesn't , last time going here, Washington is ran better than this Dollar General and it's also cleaner.

THE NEW STORE MANAGER DOSNET KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING OR HOW TO HANDLE THINGS. SHES VERY CHILDISH AND UNPROFESSIONAL. WILL BE MAKING MANY REPORTS BOUT HER. SOMEONE WHO IS ALREADY AT THAT STORE SHOULD BE STORE MANAGER. NOT SOMEONE WHO DOSENT KNOW ANYTHING.

The sign on the door said they opened at 8am, but the employee who came to the door wouldn't let us in. He said they were closed. At 9am he let an employee in, who was waiting outside, but not the customers. He didn't tell me when they actually opened.
