I had one of the worst experiences recently at this location. I purchase a lot of shoes from DSW in general and always had a good experience in other locations, but some of the staff at this location were horrible. First of all nobody greeted nor a friendly face(staff) throughout the store. I went to the cashier to exchange a pair and asked them to apply a promotional offer that seems to have just ended that I wasn’t aware of which is fine but the attitude was so bad like they (especially a shorter lady that was called by the cashier) doesn’t want to help. And then they made a big deal sorting out a situation to return money to my original form of payment as if I’m stealing or something. When I asked to check my gift card balance , the manager or someone was paging the cashier asking about it out of nowhere as if I’m trying to fraud them or doing something suspicious. And then the cashier mistakenly (who seemed totally out of it) gave me the pair I did not buy which I happened to pay attention and refused, otherwise who knows, they might’ve have trapped me into shoplifting or something.
These people seemed very discriminating somehow and made me feel very uncomfortable. DSW Corporate - Please teach the staff to respect people and have some competent customer service skills.

I have bought from here many times and have had ok experience but today when I went was the worst of the worst!! I went in wanting to buy some uggs for winter coming up and I was in there for abt half an hour, towards the end I started realizing I was being followed around the store by many employees, at first I thought i was paranoid but then I started looking around towards everyone else in the store and saw no employees towards the front but all in the back kinda were I was. I kept seeing not one but three employees just fixing shoes and then staring at me then when I would make eye contact they would walk away they would look in the isle were I was then go back up to the register and start talking. On my way out they all just stared. Very bad customer service was very let down bc I spend so much money here regularly it saddens me really!

It was my first time shopping at the store about a week ago online and I have to take my shoes back to the store and when I did it was the lady there and she was very disrespectful and the reason why I said that is because I told her that I did not like the boots because they were tried on before by somebody or a few people and also one was smaller than my actual shoe size and I wanted to return them and the only reason why I told her that because she asked why I wanted to return them and then she's going to tell me are you sure that you didn't wear them like what the heck I don't have time for this kind of stuff I'm like look this is a bad first impression and to be honest and I didn't even realize she said that to me until a few minutes later because I was just worrying about hearing of getting these three large boxes that were heavy to this lady that had brown hair and it was in a straight bob and she was Caucasian and look like she was 20s or early 30s and about 5'4 all I know is again bad experience and she also looked like she didn't even want to work that day she was already looking annoyed and like as if she was trying hard not to be annoyed but that's not my problem

I don’t know how this place is still even in business.It’s dark, messy and empty.The kids selection is a joke.The employees just sat in the back of the store in a circle talking badly about another coworker.Was super unwelcoming.We took our business somewhere elsewhere within 10 minutes of being there.

I was interviewed for a job with them a couple of months ago and I called today 08/22/2023 and asked if she was hiring and she said yes but said she wasn't interested in me because I was to honest with her about my other jobs and stuff and said I said some things I know I didn't so I will never go there again and I spent a lot of money when I did go in there I rate the store manager a 0 for poor people skills and being a lier
