horrible service rude and untruthful to customers and charge wayyyyy to much Workers, managers and area managers and claims adjuster Seth not transparent their rude and give zero information when asked. best worker at this store is Walter very nice and tells the truth i w ill not use this location again

Easy to call and schedule an appointment.
Friendly greeting upon arrival. Overall friendly staff particularly on a Friday afternoon.
Quick service for my alignment. It was needed after replacing my lower control arms. No problems picking up.

I went in to have them patch a tire. They said it would take about two hours because they only had one technician working. I left my car there and after over four hours I called. They said that they were fixing it right now and I can come pick it up. When I got there they said that they couldn’t patch it. I told them that was a fixable tire. They refused to do and wanted me to pay $375 for a $200 tire. So I left and took my car somewhere else and they patched it.

Cassie shop manager was able to get me in a timely manner, she is extremely knowledgable and friendly. I have an appointment to complete the repairs, the quote was the best one I received. The atmosphere was amazing, everyone was on task and I feel my vehícle is in good hands.
