#1 The mechanic didn't let the cars system know the oil was changed and the maintenance per warranty was done so the car is still telling me it needs serviced so now I have to go back to get it entered so the computer doesn't code out and null and void the warranty.#2 Your shisty mechanic rifled through my glove box and center console storage box looking for stuff to steal . YES YOUR MECHANIC WENT THROUGH MY CENTER CONSOLE AND GLOVE BOX FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND AIR FILTER CHANGEI WILL NEVER USE FIRETONE FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN!

Let me start out with - the techs there are competent and punctual. I have no beef with individuals there or their capacity to work on cars. It's more a letter to FIRESTONE COMPLETE AUTO CARE inc/parent company on policy.Confusing experience. I took my car in for an alignment after having my tires replaced (I have lifetime). They finished in the amount of time they said - even a little sooner. What puzzled me is that they told me they couldn't adjust the rear toe because there were "rusted bolts". Something about how "we're not allowed to force rusted bolts" as an explanation was given to me. The result was that my alignment was not completed and I was given the keys. What kind of policy is that for a COMPLETE AUTO CARE business to have that they can't work on my car because of a rusted bolt? That's ENTIRELY in the realm of what a mechanic or service technician should be TRAINED to circumvent. Also, and this is far less annoying but equally as puzzling, the guy handing me my keys told me that the banjo bolt holding the brake line to the caliper was leaking due to it being "probably" loose. I asked him why they didn't just snug it up for me and they told me they can't touch it. THIS IS A BRAKE REPAIR facility and they couldn't tighten a bolt. Whatever, I did it when I got home, and I do appreciate at least that they told me.tl;dr - Sue happy people and lawyers have pretty much annihilated any ability and common sense freedom from the people who take care of our cars.

Customer service is decent, but had the car for three days because they keep getting the wrong part. Also there where liise screw and missing screws in the part they did fix, had to pay someone else to get the bolts(4) and re tye everything to specs.

The accept Wheels vehicles so that’s helpful. They got me in and out in less than a day. Thanks!

The level of trust I have in this location is about as high as you can get. I took my car in because one of the wheels was making a scratching sound occasionally. I figured I’d need a new rotor or at least new pads. After the inspection, William told me there were no problems and gave me a simple fix to perform if it starts happening again. Most other places would have run up a bill and charged me for stuff I didn’t need. I highly recommend them!Service: Brakes

Store has a new store manager and he is awesome. I highly recommend talking to William. Reviews from a year ago and before are not a representation of how the store is now. I am very happy with the service the store now provides. Thank You WilliamServices: Air & cabin filter replacement

They’ll over charge for parts and take zero responsibility. Just support your local shops, they actually have a reputation to uphold.

It's been a year or so since I got a oil change and I was told my truck was going to be serviced on site but to my surprise I seen my truck being driven off the lot and joy ridden.when I got my truck back the dipstick was out and no oil in it and I filled it before going there. All I got back was a higher bill and my truck was damaged and I'm still have repairs to do. Never againService: Oil change

Fast, professional mechanics. Fairly expensive, so be prepared for that. It's the price to pay if you don't want a shade tree mechanic to take 3 weeks to fix it.

I stopped in just to check out my tire pressure. I didn't even need to get out of my car. They checked all four, added the air I needed and after a well earned tip to the guy who did it, I was on my way.
