Could've given 5 stars. Nothing wrong. Open on a Sunday and got a new tire with high rating put on for less than 140$ and less than 30 minutes of my time.
Quick and didnt break the bank, as well as a savior for being open sunday.

Dnt go here...I recommend firestone on main street or in kenosha bc this place is a joke. I've called many time over the years. And thy never have openings. Or they claim to be understaffed. I did use this firestone alot. But over the years the really went down hill With everything honestly. So I recommend kenosha forestone by sams club or on main street in racine. I mean u can call them but I'm sure thy will say
no appointments available Or thy are extremely sorry but thy are understaffed.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are fair. We used to use a different repair shop exclusively. We had our last two repairs done here, and assuming they are competitive on price, we will be going here for all of our repair needs. I highly recommend Firestone on Washington Ave.

Left my car at noon for a slow leaking tire, I was told it would be done by 4:30 when I got off of work. I show up and am told that my car "is next in line". Just ended up leaving. I understand you are busy but under promise over deliver. Took it to the dealership and was done within 30 minutes and not even charged. Will not be returning.
