Horrible customer service! Do not go to this location. In fact, do go to any GNC. I went in for a simple return and got the worst attitude from an old muscle head who thought he was something special. Dude, you're working a mall job. So does my 15 year old neighbor kid. Way easier to order off Amazon, which is exactly what I'll do.

Store is closed before closing hours. Probably the 4 or 5th time this has happened.

2nd time going there do not go there very prejudice owner just looks at you and do not help you he loves to talk about people I can tell he likes to Whispering to his employees what kind of grow up man does that please do not answer me back thank you

Genuinely one of the rudest employees I’ve ever met. The tall skinny guy with curly brown hair wasn’t even in the store when I was there. Then walks in and says “oh you’re here again to tank my loyalty numbers” very sarcastically. I was confused and laughed. I said, “sorry, what does that mean?” And he said, “Everytime you’re here and you don’t have a membership then my numbers tank.” Whatever that means. I said, “oh well if you asked nicer I would’ve signed up. But instead you were passive aggressive” and he said “well I’ve asked you before and you said no.” ?? So I said, “can I leave a complaint somewhere for how rude you’re being?” And he shrugged and said, “There’s always google.” Refused to give me his name too. So here we are. Will not be returning. I’ll drive further from the gym if I have to. Not worth that disrespect.

This store use to be good. Now the employees are rude and can't tell you one thing about any of the products. One employee told me I'm too old to drink pre-works and that I was stupid for doing so. Another employee closes the store whenever he wants up to an hour early and then sits on the counter blasting his radio so if your going there make it early.

Service is good when they're there. Got there at 10:30 A.M. and they have a sign on the door saying, "will be back shortly." They open at 10, I can understand if it was 1130 or 1230 but right after yall open, seriously?!

Just close the store. They are closed or on 5 min break more than they are open. When they are open, experience is always good.

No reason to go to GNC anymore Amazon has everything for less and more variety. Salespeople here usually try to make you buy a lot of expensive stuff you don't need

GNC has a lot of nutritional items that are difficult to find in one spot. They definitely are overpriced though! Even their sales are really more expensive than some of the other establishments that sell nutritional items.GNC is good in a pinch to get what you need, although if you plan ahead you will spend a lot less money.
