Horrible place to work...they work you like dogs....most people that work there have no lives and will find anything to get you in trouble about...managers let the bad employees do what they want..I got wrongly terminated all because I went somewhere on my lunch on my own time off of company time and someone switched on me..so H.R fired me..even though I was never told to never go where I went...they got new directors that are trying to make it like Amazon..granted they ex employees from Amazon....they pay you very little for all the money they make a month..like I said I use to work there..and theu generate of 1million dollars a month..but yet they can't pay there workers higher pay..they don't give there employees holiday....I worked my but off for 6months and I got a measly. 32cent raise..yea that company has become a money hungry joke

You guys are absolutely outrageous with your prices. It’s disgusting how much you want to charge people for USED GOODS. Your “goodwill” does not live up to what your company strives for. Your merchandise is donations. Price your item accordingly for your “ nonprofit” organization. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, maybe you guys want to rebuild what your mission is for the community. It definitely isn’t to help people out. Greed is not part of your mission- but yet that’s what this company has to offer for their “community”.

I've purchased jewelry online from this store via Goodwill Finds. Twice in the past two months, shipments have arrived with several pieces of jewelry MISSING. I've contacted customer service at the head office, and even called the store directly (goes to voicemail). I never get a response, and of course never get a refund. The only way to resolve this is with my credit card company. Meanwhile, I've concluded that the folks who do the packing might be running side hustles as shoplifters in their own store. Do yourself a favor and avoid the Racine store for online shopping!!

This is based on the online Goodwillfinds dot com at the Goodwill Southeastern WI. I have personaly bought probably 100 pieces from this WI online platform and the incompetence, and the lack of customer service is nothing short of appaling. I have had so many issues with this store either for their horrible packing, shipping broken jewelry, waiting for 6 weeks for a refund, and now the latest, which takes the cake is THEIR horrible incompetent shipping department mailed an expensive diamond/pearl ring to some other person, who kept it! This is THEFT! and rather then GW send THEM a bill to pay for the item THEY did NOT buy, GW refunded me and basically gave me the runaround for 2-3 weeks. They just lost a GOOD customer who has spend A Lot of money there, and instead they kept the THIEF as a customer. These people don't give a CRAP about their customers, what you buy, or weather it's stolen or not! They don't care at all. I will NEVER shop with the WI online facility again...you lost my business!!

This store gives us the option of buying cheaper than in new item stores, some of them are new and others are not but they are in very good condition.

They left onyx necklace out of jewelry I purchased. I don't like leaving negative feedback but don't like paying for something I didn't get. I will be calling corporate office about this.

Purchased items online in which one of the weights is around 16lbs. They are listed as having pickup available and all I had to do was schedule an appointment to pick up the items. I requested to have a pickup and was told they don't allow pickup from this location for this item. They want to charge me 18.58 to ship the item 10 miles when I was getting 25 lb items shipped from California for 14.99.Do not purchase online items from this location nor support this location as they do not abide by the goodwill policy of allowing pickups.Update. Told pickup is available for bulk items which I told them I would be getting bulk items as I bid on additional items coming due and was also giving the covid excuse. I then stated that Racine WI lifted the mask mandate ad of May 14th so that is not an excuse anymore.
