Chatted with Josh and Greg very knowledgeable in their field. I took my wife's Tahoe in for a test run. Greg and I went for a ride and he told me right away what the problem was. A day and a half we got it back. Running good very pleased, mom's not happy nobody's happy

Thank you GT. After being told by another local transmission shop that my transmission was shot and would not be able to be replaced until next week, I called GT and put my faith in them. I had done some research and was hoping it was a worn out plastic ball that was stuck, the other place said “no, that doesn’t happen in those transmissions”, but, GT said that was a real possibility and we’ll start there. Luckily that was the case and had it done the following morning at about 6X less than the other place said it would be. Thank you for your honesty and quick work.Service: Transmission
