I've only been here twice but each time I was surprised by how open and spacious the store feels. I'm used to a location that's in an older strip mall, so in comparison this one feels a lot less crowded. Staff were friendly, store was clean, easy to find everything I needed. I specifically came here because closer to me had the detailing kit. Worth the 35-minute drive.

This us the only place/merchant I know of that requires a valid ID to return an unopened item, within days EVEN though you have the original proof of purchase! Cashier said it's the State Law which is a bunch of crab. ID requires only if you return without A receipt. Just for this hassle alone, I will shop elsewhere from now on.

Harbor Freight is what it is. Some tools are great, others are total junk. The Racine location is always clean and organized. The staff are typically friendly and helpful. Certain tools and products are really good quality for the price. I always find something to add to my tool box. A lot of the tools I have purchased from HF will no doubt out live me.
