Came in with my 18yr old daughter who needed to borrow some money for a new car. We meet with Elena, who was great!! She also told us about a credit card that she was eligible for and put in an application for her. We were not approved right away for the loan, but Elena sent an email for us to try and get the loan pushed through. We left feelings very confident that things would workout. She called back in 10min letting us know we were approved and she made my daughter whole year!!! I have been with Landmark for years and love this Credit Union. Thank you to everyone for all the help!

Everyone here is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! They don't just treat you like an account number, they treat you like family! I was so pleased with the service I received, I came back and set up an account for one of my kids too. I'm proud to say we're members at Landmark Credit Union!

This is a very strange financial institution. I am trying to get in contact with someone processing a mortgage application that has been in process over two months. I have sent four emails and left five voicemails to the person over the past two weeks, and voicemail to the branch manager two days ago. No one answers their phones, no one returns email, no one returns calls after voicemails.

My son accidentally entered the wrong account number while attempting to make his car payment. The Branch Manager Stephanie refused to help him and allowed the money to stay in the wrong account. Pretty much told him too bad. Very unprofessional, and she does not respond to emails. I bet if my son was a white person who made the same mistake, the mistake would have been corrected. Avoid doing business Landmark, especially this branch!

These banks do not employ armed security in their buildings. The Grove Avenue branch in Racine was robbed today 10/11/19. Their liberal policy of "No firearms" in their buildings can very likely hold them liable for huge lawsuits should injuries or death occur in the event of armed robbery involving discharge of a firearm. We will be closing our accounts at Landmark and seeking an establishment that allows the public to protect themselves while doing banking transactions. I've spoken with Landmark on this subject. We're done.
