They are friendly enough when you go in. But if you call and ask a question they seem to be annoyed by it. Yes I understand you “deal with thousands of packages” or whatever. But when someone just has a simple, general question it’s unfortunate you are made to feel like an inconvenience. We have so little on this side of town, it was nice to have a shipping place at least. But I guess that only leaves me with the big chains and long lines from now on.

I recently received a picture from my brother in Racine who had it packaged at this location. The picture came completely destroyed, the glass frame was crushed, the painting cut up by the glass and just a complete disappointment. There was no where on the box the word "Fragile" , seriously a glass frame with a painting, how is this not a fragile package. My brother was told by the woman who packaged the painting, she purposely didn't put fragile on the box, I'm sorry what an idiot move, due to her incompetency I do not have my painting because it was totally ruined. And to add injury to insult this company is refusing to give them their money back for a crappy packaged job,, again without FRAGILE written on the box. I definitely don't recommend this business to ship anything!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU A WORST RATING THAN THIS, BTW THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT, THANKS MAIL AND SHIP IN RACINE!!!

The lady that works at the Racine Douglas ave location is very rude she was not only rude too me but the people in front of me as well . I've been too this location several times and she's been very rude too me each times I come there . So I thought I should write a review as I will never go back there again
