Purchases a Commercial Store Front Sign from Michael's Signs. After the laminate peeled and items fell off the sign, I called requesting assistance. Supervisor Jason arrived, advise the business "sign" on the front of the building is under warranty, took photos, and repaired some of the fallen off items. Since then, i have received no response, no warranty work, or any responses to calls or emails. No response after escalation to the owner. Hoping this gets engagement, as it appears they are not willing to warranty the work per contract.

We worked with Chris at Michael's signs when we bought a new store. The signage badly needed updating and Chris was patient, attentive and kept us updated on the detailed process of ordering two custom signs. He worked with us on the new designs and colors and as we made changes along the way he wasn't phased. Now the store looks like new, professional and updated.

After speaking with several sign companies, we decided to work with Michael's Signs for our company's sign needs. We are a historic property, so ensuring that the sign matched with the aesthetic of the building was very important to us. Vikki and Steve made multiple onsite visits and proposed an idea that perfectly represented our building. The sign is the perfect compliment to our property and we are so grateful for their guidance. Michael's Signs recently did a very visible sign for us along a major highway, and we couldn't be more happy with it. Not only were they friendly and easy to work with, they were full of ideas and creativity, which lead to much less stress on us in regards to the design. They were also very informative with differences in technology and materials, very responsive with all of our questions, and the whole project was done in an timely fashion. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking to have sign work done!
