Well.... it was nice to be able to get in ANYWHERE on the 3rd of July when every woman in town wanted her hands and feet done for the Fourth of July. However, the gentleman who did my pedicure cut my nails too short and nearly scrubbed my skin off due to the rush he was in to simply get clients through. I was in pain for two days due to his roughness, and then did not receive a top coat on my polish. I know that this is NOT typical of the service one would receive at Michelle's. It is usually very, very good, but it was so packed that day, folks were waiting for literally hours. I have had very good service there in the past before.

The best nail salon experience I have ever had! I cannot recommend enough. The pedicure almost put me to sleep, and they're so welcoming and the service is top notch. Kelly was so meticulous with my set, the first nail tech I've had that does a true almond shape. I'll definitely be back!

Peter was amazing and did such a fantastic job on my pedi and mani! My husband also got a pedi and loved his experience too! Atmosphere was relaxing and calm! 10/10 would go back!

me and my friend decided to get our nails done and her nail tech was so rude , he didn’t even ask how long she wanted the nails , he kept checking his phone the whole time , and to add in my fingers were burning, and he didn’t even get the design right , and to top it all off he cut my nails so short you can see my skin . Very angry and annoyed.

First time here last week. Nail tech was rushing seemed like she had somewhere to be , came in next day so they could “fix “ my nails well already a week and falling off. Should’ve just asked for a refund.

I love going to see David to get my nails done he does an amazing job every time!! It’s clean, the staff is friendly and whenever I have a reference photo he does better than the picture if not spot on!! It’s been a couple months since I’ve been back so I’m excited to schedule for this week now that I can do my nails again!!

I had such a wonderful experience at Michelle's Nails! I came in for a pedicure with chrome polish and my daughter got a gel manicure with a cute design on her ring finger. Both turned out beautifully -- they really took their time.
The absolute highlight for me was the massage during my pedicure -- seriously out of this world! I felt so relaxed I didn't want to leave. The staff was super friendly, the salon was clean, and the vibe was very calm and welcoming.

I really recommend this place me and my mom did a walk-in and they immediately got started on us, Kelly did my mom’s nails and Helen and Louis did my mom’s pedicure. Peter worked on my nails and he did a great job. The services were really great and so was the staff. Overall it was an amazing experience.

Never again! Stupid expensive. Make sure u ask how much for every breath u take in there before u take it. Bring a translator with you. They need to get someone who speak and understand English. I’m very patient and understanding to langue barriers but holly cow! Even booking the appointment I had to speak to 3 ppl before one was able to understand. They don’t know how to speak or understand. They don’t disclose what they are going to up charge if u ask for a design. They charged me an additional $20 on the stupid simple design that took 2 ppl to not even do it right in the end. Plus charged me $60 for a full set when I asked for one that was $50 but dude apparently put the materials of his choice ignoring which set I had asked for. I know I was going to come out to pay a pretty penny on getting my nails done and that’s all good, it’s what I went for. But not to get a half a** job done and then get nailed on the price without them letting you know and there are no signs anywhere that explain the up charges. And they sure don’t explain it. Super unhappy. I look at my nails and get so upset. To have paid $80 on just my manicure that did not look like what I asked for just hurts. If it would have turned out how I asked that they agreed they could do, I would have no problem paying. Took two guys to figure out how to properly paint one toe nail that got messed up while drying. The language barrier is the biggest issue tbh. Most don’t speak or understand English the the small amount that do act like they don’t. Don’t waste your money here.
