The experience was less than perfect. People were nice and very attentive to my request. They did everything I asked and also suggested that I have a wheel alignment since I was getting new tires. But the tires and rims look like they are very old. There is white stuff on the tires and rims and even after a wash it doesn't come off. Sure doesn't look like I have new tires. Oh well.

I was having some trouble with finding my warranty info, but I was helped greatly by the service manager for my truck. She was wonderful. Found the issue, and scheduled the course to correct. Best Ram jeep chrysler dealership I've been to.

Beyond great sales persons all four of them. Quick service and explained everything to us, test drove a vehicle suggested by them and wound up purchasing it. Easiest sale they ever had.

I came in for an oil change which only took an hour, that was great. The oil change cost me nearly $150 for synthetic oil. So I scoured the internet for a coupon. The coupon that I found said, full synthetic oil change for $129. So it wasn't a savings at all when u add on the oil filter, labor, environmental fees and taxes. I get my oil changed at Palmen like clockwork so it would be nice (in this recession) if I could get coupons with REAL savings on a consistent basis, especially when I really need it most, for instance; when my oil is due to be changed. Then I called before my oil change appointment to schedule a time to have a special ordered part installed. She wouldn't let me schedule an appointment over the phone. She told me that I could schedule an appointment at the time of my oil change. So I ended up forgetting about the special ordered part nor did she remind me that I could make an appointment at that time. So I got my oil changed and left and had to call yet again to have that part installed. Had she just let me schedule the appointment over the phone when I wanted, I wouldn't have forgotten it. Way too much hassle for something simple. I should get to make appointments at MY leisure. It's not as if I'm going to get some kind of discount from Palmen. How convenient for her to forget about my special ordered part but she didn't forget to give me estimates on tires.

Honestly I wish I was treated like I was when I spent the money on the car. My opinion of my service there is mixed. Meaning if I'm getting a oil change and tire rotation it's great. Service on my vehicle problems have been met with resistance. ( couldn't duplicate problem). After my complaining and second visit they discovered the problem. I just get tired of wasting my time. When my warranty is done I won't be back.

Chuck Schovain and Ron Ward were both fantastic! Very smooth process, and Chuck made it seamless from the beginning. This was my son's first car, and it was awesome that they all shared in his excitement. We got a wonderful car from Palmen in Racine, and would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a hassle-free experience, with above and beyond service! ?

Scheduled an appointment for my check engine light, as well as my exhaust manifold noise on my 2016 Ram 1500. The dealership had difficulties tracking down my warranty due to me purchasing it with the Kenosha Palmen. I did not see this as an issue due to the fact that they are both Palmen, but apparently it is. I received a call that my truck was finished. When picking up my truck, I drove it off the lot, and right back into service due to my check engine light being on. Apparently they fixed the manifold, but not my check engine light. I’m not sure how that was missed. This was annoying due to the fact that I was called at 9am that it was finished, and it was now 5:30pm. I was told they had to keep my truck overnight due to them closing soon. The following day I was told that they fixed the check engine light, and it was all covered under warranty with the manifold, so I was only charged for one deductible.I was then told that my truck was rough to start and needed to be jumped in the shop. (This has not been an issue for me). They recommended replacing the battery for $394. I told them I would take care of it myself since buying a battery is between $200-250 and involves undoing 2 bolts. No need to pay an additional $100-150 in labor for that.I drove the truck home without issues. I was able to start my truck with no issues and took it to a friends shop, who tested the battery, and stated that there were no issues with the battery and it did not need to be replaced… I notified the service person I was working with, and stated that this seemed like a shady coincidence that my battery may be bad to make some extra money. Trying to take advantage of people, hoping that they don’t know a basic amount about automotives is not a good business practice. I’m assuming a tech left the door open overnight, and the battery died due to that while they were fixing it.All in all, the work that they had done seems to have corrected the issues. But it does not instill confidence in me returning with future maintenance due to the lack of communication between the service people, and the mechanics, as well as the shady behavior.

Typically buying a car is a whole day affair, not with this dealership. From start to finish the team at Palmen did an excellent job. I am in love with my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited. Nick was super nice, went over everything with me and realized that I didn't have all day to wait around. He was super responsive to all my emails and had everything ready to go when I arrived. Steve was also great to work with in financing. There wasn't this big long pressure packed sales pitch to buy all the add ons. He simply put the options in front of me and I picked what I needed, nothing more, nothing less. My wife an I will absolutely coming back. Thank you again!

Frankie was outstanding!!! He made the experience a little less stressful gave us exactly what we’ve wanted and he’s compassionate about his customers and his job. He’s more than just the typical sales men he really cares about his clients and wants the best for them. Palmen Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Racine is always clean and has a nice waiting area that offers snacks and refreshments. The staff seem friendly and respectable. I left a little frustrated because upon completion of my oil change I was told I needed new brakes. The last time I had an oil change, roughly six to seven months ago, my inspection sheet noted they were in the green. If my brakes were going out, I would have liked to have been informed that rather than what happened today.

My car salesman was Eric Hamilton. He was very professional and very patient with me. He made sure to answer any questions I had, and if he didn't know the answer, he was honest about it, and he went to get the answer. He made sure I was happy every step of the way. I give 5 stars solely for his performance. I'll recommend him to all my family and friends.

Palmen of Racine did a great job with fixing the problem I had with my 2019 Jeep Unlimited. The service writer, Autumn Roeder, was courteous, friendly, professional and informative. The facility was also extremely clean and the available shuttle was, and is, a blessing !!!!!! The shuttle driver was also extremely courteous and friendly.
