The doctor is PHENOMENAL! She is so sweet and is very thorough. I had a very good experience. However, I cannot give five stars because of my experience when I picked up my glasses. The lady was not nice. There is a gentleman that helped me place my order and he was extremely nice! If it was just him or people like him, this place would be perfect!

Dr. Nicholson is excellent, and tends to give me much better prescriptions and more thorough eye health information than most doctors I've seen; unfortunately the storefront can be difficult to work with and seems to struggle with special orders.

I went to Pearle Vision for a couple of years for my eye care needs and then was talked into trying a different store for my glasses. I only needed to go elsewhere once to really appreciate Pearle Vision. I returned to Pearle this year and I was very happy with the experience! Working with Angela was wonderful. From her prompt response, efficient manner and friendly attitude, she made my annual purchase so much easier. She went out of her way to make a few calls to get information we needed and put it all together and at a great price! Such good customer service needs to be recognized. Thank you Angela!!

There is a fantastic Optometrist here. The retail portion of the business is terrible. Expect long delays in actually receiving finished goods. I ordered a set of safety glasses and after waiting three weeks for them to come into the store I decided to make the hour drive to pick up the additional set that had arrived already. Although I had set this up to pick both sets up at the same ti e I could not wait any longer and grabbed the set that was available. I asked then to switch the second ship to ship to me. They proceeded to charge me $10 shipping even though I have been waiting an obscene amount of time for finished glasses. Poor decision there! Not only make me wait a month for my glasses it then charge me for what should have been complimentary due to that time line. Lost a customer

Dr. Sara Nicholson was informative and helpful. Her team was able to get me scheduled for a Saturday appointment pretty quickly. The office is clean and the staff were also very pleasant.

I like this place a lot. The Dr that owns it is very kind, and very informative. I had exams here in 2019,2020 and 2022. In 2021 I went to a competitor Americas Best and had an awful experience and although my insurance paid for the exam up front, to this day I have still NEVER been given my prescription, so it was a total waste. It can take a few weeks to get on the schedule at this location so just plan ahead, the Dr and the staff are worth it!

I had an appointment for this afternoon and they called to cancel. Then offer to reschedule a month out. How is any of this my fault or my problem. I understand that people get sick. But the answer is to upset everyone else’s life and schedule. They have absolutely no respect for others time.

I had a rough conversation with someone at Pearle over contacts that I ordered that were delayed. While their communication wasn't proactive, they did follow up with me later the same day to tell me my order came in. I just wish companies would focus more on proactive communication. By the time a customer calls to get an update on their order, they are not in a good state of mind to get notified of a delay.
