My husband and I went into Porcaro Ford yesterday fully intending on buying one of the Mustang Mach-Es they have on the lot. It was a Saturday, and there were surprisingly few customers in there. I thought this was a good sign, but no. We were not greeted as we walked around the lot, nor when we came into the dealership in spite of at least 3 salesmen sitting at their desks. Tried to make eye contact-nothing. Since it was clear they were not interested in selling us a car, we decided to go to another dealership which is more interested in providing customer service. Not hovering=good. Ignoring=bad.

Horrible. I asked for them to be responsible for check engine light for a month after purchase. 6 weeks it came on and I asked the dealership to look and they could not tell me without charging me. I was two weeks late~ do the right thing. Sell a car that works! I had a friend talk to the owner he was going to call me that day and he never did. As a small town business you should care about your small town customers. So no more small town forMe. Back to Carmax. They never screwed me over. Drove that car for 10 yrs. Pocaro ford 6 flipping weeks! Ridiculous. I gave them ample chances to make a better decision and they refused. I would not suggest buying from them.

Horrible experience with this company! After speaking with them several times about an issue I had with my car I got my own diagnostic machine and told them what the issue was. The guy I spoke with told me how much the problem would be to fix it. ($250) so I agreed to have them fix it. After they got my car they called and told me the issue was exactly what I told them it was but told me it would be an extra $150 because they had to diagnose the issue. The $250 turned into $500! Thank god I told them to forget the oil change because that was an additional $80! They also mentioned my car tires and said they were going bad and my tires are pretty new! Hopefully nothing happens to them after going there! This was a terrible experience and I will never go to them again! UPDATE. The manager sent me an email like a survey asking if I was happy with the service I responded to that email and no response whatsoever then I see it says the owner responded to my google review.. Clearly that’s for show but I haven’t heard anything from anyone regarding my complaint!

I would highly recommend going to see Chuck Rizzo at Porcaro Ford. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with what I wanted in a vehicle. He took the time and didn’t rush me to make any decisions I was not ready to make. The lovely woman in the finance department worked extremely hard to make sure I got the best financing available to me. She explained everything I needed to know before I left. I could not be any happier with my purchase of my 2022 Ford Escape Titanium! Thank you, my new Ford Family for all you have done!

I have had multiple satisfying experiences dealing with Porcaro Ford’s sales team and service department. The service I’ve received when purchasing a vehicle and when shopping for a vehicle has been enjoyable and honest.

I had a very pleasant car buying experience. NO high pressure. Not rushed. Salesman (Tanner) and entire staff were very knowledgeable and kind to work with. Able to answer all questions, and truly felt like my business was most appreciated. They were willing to go the extra mile to gain me as a customer, but I also feel they will treat everyone this way. Wonderful staff and I love my new Escape!

I would not recommend the service department - negligence is the only way to describe. My husband brought his truck in several months ago for oil change and tire rotation and 2 days afterwards a couple of the lug nuts came off.Now just last week, after the vehicle was serviced again, the tire came completely off while he was driving. No one else has serviced the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to their service department for correction. The staff said that they would access the damage and call back. Seven hours later and crickets. Therefore my husband had to call them and they were trying to contact the general manager, which no one could locate or contact. How does a business not know where or how to contact a manager. Now the dealership denies any responsibility. It took them the entire weekend to come to that conclusion.Don't confuse this issue with Quick Lane, because Quick Lane has always been efficient and dependable.

Took my car to get its Recalls taken care of an to get a noise looked at. The 3 recalls I needed fixed were not fixed at all and are still saying in my account that they need to be resolved. Then I paid $120 to get the noise assessed which they said was something that was causing my whole exhaust system replaced for $1900. I took my car to another reputable shop in the Racine area and they fixed it the noise for around $40.... Seems like Porcaro is looking to make a quick buck instead of giving a fair and honest assessment. I would get a second opinion on my car if they are saying you need major work.Would have been more frustrated if they did not offer to pick up my car from my house and deliver it back when they finished. Which seemed to be the only thing they did successfully.

My mother made an appointment to have her car serviced in March 1st and was unable to get an appointment until March 17th. The repair was to fix the lock on the hatch of a 2009 Ford Escape. My mother is 84 years old and not being able to access the rear hatch is a real inconvenience. The car was dropped off at 8:00 am and we were told that they would look at vehicle right away and advise us on the status of the repair. We made it clear to them that we needed the vehicle back as soon as possible since she’s living by herself and it was her only means of transportation. We called at 1:00 pm to get a status and were put on hold for over 10 minutes. The girl that we talked to said that they had “an emergency repair” and no one looked at the vehicle until we called. We were then told that the technician tried to open the lock but couldn’t get it open, which was what we indicated to them from the start. Total lack of organization and very poor communication. We had to take the car back since it was Friday and they would not work on the car over the weekend.Very disappointed with their service. Will never use this dealership again. I rate them at zero stars.

I am giving Porcaro Ford 5 Stars because they earned it! I am an out of state purchaser and bought a hard to find car at a very fair price. Porcaro Ford handled everything quickly and flawlessly. They expedited all paperwork and had my new car ready to ship the next day. The salesman Chuck Rizzo was great and kept me informed throughout the process. Well done Porcaro.

I reached out to Porcaro Ford for a vehicle I had seen online. Unfortunately the vehicle I was interested in was sold already, but I was very impressed one of their Sales Representatives called me so quickly after submitting my inquiry. He advised the vehicle had sold a few hours ago and asked what I was looking for. Given the vehicle market right now, I have a very narrow window of the style of truck I am looking for and price. Christopher was also very polite and professional in listening to and discussing what I was looking for. I have been essentially 'shrugged off' by some other dealers I have spoke to and VERY much appreciated the way a I was treated by a dealership which knew they were not going to be able to make a sale to me. I live nearly two hours away from Porcaro Ford, but I have bookmarked their website to keep checking their Used vehicles.

This review will be about the service center. My husband brought his pickup truck in to have an engine block heater put in. He gets to the garage to drop the truck off, and gets out of his truck and falls on a puddle of water or oil on a very slippery floor and hurts his back, neck and cuts his elbow He tells the service guy and he says and does nothing. He is asked by the next person when he is waiting how things are and she at least says well I will make a note of your fall and she looks at his cut elbow. I think they need an inservice on what to do when someone gets hurt. My husband has had pain in his back for weeks following that. They got the part in and they installed it the way the particular mechanic said he thought it should be not the way the manufacturer thinks it should be. My husband picked it up about $800 dollars later and the cord is hanging out the front of the truck about 12 inches and looks terrible. Taking it through the car wash threatened to rip it off. People are asking him what that is hanging from the front of the truck. Then they say who put that in that looks terrible, you paid to have that done? So they do a follow up call to see how the service was and he told them the whole story about falling and how unhappy he was with the install. The woman states she will have the service manager call him. Still waiting this was weeks ago. So needless to say we are not thrilled with this organization. They didn't care about my husband hurting himself or the fact that the service was not satisfactory. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Friends of ours told us not to go there because they took they vehicle there and the mechanic didn't tighten their tire on and the tire fell off when they were driving. But we didn't listen.

I would recommend you find elsewhere to bring your vehicles. I definitely won't be coming back to Porcaro Ford again for service. I brought my truck in for an oil change, transmission service, and a complete 4wd service. A few hours into my service I believe it was Randy at the quick lane called me to tell me there was a problem. The technician had broken a transmission line while taking it apart and it was going to take a day for the new one to arrive. No big deal. Accidents happen. So i say that is covered by you guys right? Randy says well we don't know if it was broken before we took it off, but he was pretty sure it would be covered. He then had to talk to his manager. Few moments later I get a call from Paul saying that unfortunately since they couldnt tell if it was broken before he wouldn't cover the whole thing, but would split the price with me. Something like 85 dollars. In my haste I said ahh sure I guess so because what else would I do? have them put the broken one back on? They were able to get me a loaner car which was grateful for.As i thought about this for the next day while I waited for my truck to be ready I couldnt help , but think why the hell am I paying for half of this line that they broke. If it was broken before this time the only people who would have touched it would have been Porcaro. I get the call the next day that my truck is done. i pick it up and ask Randy if I'm really paying for this half a part that they broke. He said yea you and Paul agreed on that on the phone. I said that doesn't feel right. You guys broke it. If you hired me to work on your house and I cut through one your water lines I wouldn't tell you that you owe me more money to fix the water line right!? Randy agreed with me 100%, but said that was what you and paul agreed on. He said he couldnt make that decision and could get paul if I wanted to talk to him. I said that would be great. Randy went to get Paul and just Randy came back. Randy said that Paul is firm on having me pay half because I agreed to it on phone and that IF I WANTED TO TALK TO PAUL I WOULD HAVE TO FIND HIM PERSONALLY. I mean seriously. you can't even give a customer the time of day to talk to them about it. I told Randy that Ive been bringing my truck here for 6 years with no issues up to this point and now were going to have an issue over an 85 dollar accident the technician had because he broke my transmission line. At this point I don't even care about the extra 85 dollars. Its that Paul the manager expected me to come find him at the dealership and wouldn't even talk to me about this minor issue. Also the fact that they can't accept that they made a mistake and broke something. Ethically and morally a normal business and person would just write it off as a loss. I spent 950 dollars for the service this day at Porcaro. Ive spent thousands over the last 6 years. Now I no longer feel comfortable bringing any of my vehicles to Porcaro or recommending service here.
