I have carried my screaming toddler out the doors of this establishment too many times because the pool schedule keeps jumping around from \\\"month to month.\\\" if the pool isn't down for maintenance, it's the steam room, if it's not the steam room it's the hot tub that's down. There's never enough lifeguards for the children to enjoy the pool slide. I started my membership in January, for the first two weeks everything was fine everything from there has gone downhill. I really thought this place was for the youth but it seems like there's more adults there than there is youth. I'm paying for a membership each month for my toddler and I to be able to show up four times a month?

Only downfall is the leisure pool being closed; due to not having lifeguards. However there’s not much they can do about that. They have really friendly staff, a great childcare area and a pretty nice workout area. I would definitely recommend here.I should also add this is the only Y I’ve been to since I was a child. Do with that what you will.

(Sealed Air Branch) Beautiful facility and location. The option for childcare included in membership is a plus. If you are joining mainly for the use of the pool especially for family swim l would not recommend. The lifeguard shortage has been the explanation for years now (even though the Kenosha Y does not have this same issue) and it is routinely not available or closed. It’s a shame bc they have a great splash area for toddlers and a waterslide for older kids (that is also rarely open).

We have been going regularly (intermittent in summer) since January 1 and have found the people friendly and the facilities nice for our purposes. During the times we go the equipment is mostly available.

With the shortage of life guards the pool area is sometimes closed. When this happens it seems that notification to those swimmers that have a reserved lane could easily be sent via email/text msg.I have made this suggestion a number of times with no feedback on why it is not implemented. It is very frustrating to waste significant time & money driving all the way to the Y to learn that the pool is closed.

I cancelled my membership here on November 14th, 2019 in person with all the required paperwork and notice. Since then they have continued to bill my credit card as recently as April 2nd 2020. I have contacted them several times about this issue. Each time I am told that they have my paperwork and they see I did everything I was supposed to do. They tell me that IF a refund is warranted that the manager will call me to arrange such. I have not received said call and any time I call them to follow up there is no manager on duty. I understand that with the current conditions that they have been closed but this has been going on for months before this point. It is also dishonest to continue to charge for a membership when you as a business are closed. We have moved our family to the Pleasant Prairie RecPlex and they have been AMAZING. They offer way more services at a similar price point. They also as a courtesy to their customers have not been billing during their COVID-19 closure. I have contacted my bank several times as well but that has been little help. I'm pretty much stuck until the YMCA decides to stop STEALING from me.

I love the Sealed Air Facility in Mount Pleasant. I go there for the water current channel...so glad they have one, as water walking is the only way I get therapy for my knees and sciatica! Friendly staff, too!

Awful staff. I have problems 2 out of 3 times I go. Of course all their rules are at the Discretion of which ever staff member u get. So basically Whatever rules they want to make and follow is always different per each staff member. tired and ready to take my money else where Seal Air Branch.

I'd give a 5 star review, however, every time I come here I encounter a rude staff member who goes by the name of Faye. She yells at other staff members and YMCA members. I purposely go out of my way to the sealed air YMCA so I don't have to talk to her.
