During my lease signing Heidi walked my wife and I through the entire lease, explaining all the points, liabilities, nuances and genuinely provided a positive experience, answering any and all questions I had. Beyond that I had presented a few maintenance concerns which were promptly recognized and work orders were put in.

Having just moved from Colorado and previously renting from some giant, faceless corporation that was entirely indifferent to whether or not I even had a roof over my head, it is a fresh of breath air to work with a local company. People who live in the community, are part of the community, and actually care.
