Whitney and company are always extremely pleasant, prompt and professional. I’ve had at least two cars repaired there and not only is their work flawless but the cars are returned beautifully detailed. Moreover, their services are very reasonable. Excellent and highly recommended.

I was in an accident and Tilsner was one of the shops recommended to me by a friend. I was able to bring my car in for the estimate on the same day I called. Whitney was amazing to deal with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, explained the process and assured me she would take care of everything with my insurance. I immediately knew this was the place for repairs. She kept me informed on status of completion. After they got everything taken apart, they discovered a couple additional parts that had to be ordered. She told me ahead of time this might be a possibility. She called right away to let me know it would be a couple more days till they got the parts. I got the car back exactly when she said it would be done and it was beautiful! They even buffed out some surface scratches on my driver side door and detailed the interior at no charge. It looked like it had just been driven off the lot brand new. She handled the additional parts and labor with my insurance company directly. She even gave me homemade cookies when we were finished. I can't say enough about the excellent quality and service I received here. They are truly a class act.Services: Painting

A couple weeks ago, I brought my car here to get repaired. I accidentally hit a curb and did some damage to my rim and running board, scratched the side of my car, and my car doors were not aligned. When I brought my car in, Whitney greeted me immediately and provided a quote for repair. Whitney was amazing to deal with through the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way. The repairs that were completed were outstanding and exceeded my expectations. They even cleaned and detailed my car. I would highly recommend Tilsner for car repairs.Services: Painting

Would highly recommend Tilsner Collission Center for any and all body work! From start to finish Tilsner treats you like one of “the family”, very friendly and compassionate, excellent customer service and Professional! I can’t say enough about the quality work performed in my 2009 Honda Civic after my car was sideswiped. OMG my car looks brand new again! I would also like to add that they go above and beyond as the day after I picked my car up I was sitting on a flat (same wheel that was replaced on drivers side), Whitney sent out a couple of her guys out to my home to remove the wheel and tire and have it checked out fixed the problem and put back on my car. AWESOME!! Tilsner Collision Center hands down is the best in town!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you all so much!!

With supply shortages from Ford my repair took a while but as a business owner of this commercial vehicle Tilsner kept me informed the whole way!! And when the parts came in they did not make me wait but got me in immediately! When I came to pickup the truck they stayed late to ensure I could get my vehicle back on the road and upon seeing my vehicle I saw that they took extreme care to deliver me my vehicle in mint condition!! I needed the bumper replaced on my truck after a minor, mystery dent appeared. Not only did they get the replacement bumper in, the same day, but they got the new bumper installed and my truck back to me the same day as well. Interior and exterior both looked better than when I dropped it off, AND I got a bag of Chocolate Chip cookies as a gift! Top notch service for a fair price by a family owned business!
