“Phenomenal service. We were out of town buying a camper and both tires blew out on one side. They were quick to come help get us off the interstate and even had to take one tire off the “good” side and put on bad side to tow it safely without damage. They were so understanding, and we called them again to help us the next day to put the new tires on because no shops “had the time” to help. They went above and beyond and would highly recommend!”
“Alligator Towing came to my rescue in a timely, professional and friendly way.Adriana was adept at getting my car unlocked when the key wasn’t working. She explained in advance what she was doing and even suggested how to proceed in the future. I highly recommend Alligator Towing.”
“Matt came to tow our car after the steering went out. We were leaving to move across country that day! We thought we were going to have to postpone for days. He was such a stellar employee that he figured out the problem and fixed it for us instead of towing it. Somebody needs to give this guy a raise because he went WAY above and beyond expectations!”
“After years of servicing my car at a Frank Boucher and them not telling me what was wrong with my car unless they charge me I decided to go to MTZ and since then this is my to to shop! They are reasonable in price”

“We are an elderly couple who was stranded in our car not starting for five hours waiting for a AAA tow truck. After waiting that long the AAA dispatcher told me to call someone local. So I was so upset by now I didn't know who to call when I looked up local tow companies for some reason Jensen Towing jumped out at me I called within a half an hour of calling Chris was there my Hero! He went above and beyond to help us get our car going. Thank you Chris and Jenson Towing. If needed will definitely call them again.”

“My car was broken into and steering column ripped apart attempting to steal my car. David was awesome. He had to drag the car no way to get it in neutral. Then he was hooking it up and saw they had also attempted to steal my entire exhaust not just the catalytic converter. Awesome awesome. Thank you David ?”

“Super fast transaction. Called during their normal business hrs for a local tow , dispatched picked up quick, took my info and 30mins later Brian pulled up with his new rig, loaded my car and dropped off like a seasoned vet. By far the cheapest tow in Racine, respectfully. Appreciate the great service.”
