“I was involved in an accident tonight and two tow trucks showed up . Floyds Towing chose to tow my vehicle. The driver Brian W had exceptional customer service skills as well as a good heart. He made sure I was ok by allowing me to sit in tow truck until my ride came not settling for leaving me at the gas station to wait for my ride. He wanted to make sure I was safe and I really appreciated that!! Very Patriotic!! It goes to show you there are still some caring people out here. So I was so upset by now I didn't know who to call when I looked up local tow companies for some reason Jensen Towing jumped out at me I called within a half an hour of calling Chris was there my Hero! “Phenomenal service. We were out of town buying a camper and both tires blew out on one side. They were quick to come help get us off the interstate and even had to take one tire off the “good” side and put on bad side to tow it safely without damage. They were so understanding, and we called them again to help us the next day to put the new tires on because no shops “had the time” to help. They went above and beyond and would highly recommend!”
