They took over a month on my truck and did not tell me before hand it was goin to take that long and when u call and ask for updates they wont give u any. Claimed they were waiting on parts but when parts did come in they still took 3 weeks!!!Service: Body & Trim

Although my previous review stated otherwise I’d like to redeem these gents for going above and beyond to make sure the needs and issues on my car were taken care of. I appreciate the dedication that was given in making sure everything was smooth and safe for me and my kids. And Andy gets a 10/10 for always answering in timely manners and keeping me posted ! Mike and the guys at Uptown Auto Body are the best in the biz! Their work is always clean and precise. My husband and I have brought both our vehicles to them for paint and custom work. I’m blown away at how reasonable the prices are (we’re from Chicago), I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times! The turn around is fast and they’re great at communicating with you and making sure you’re on the same page. I couldn’t be happier with how my new car turned out! A+++!!!!

Being in an accident is never a pleasant experience. Today after calling several shops that were booked one of my neighbors referred me to Uptown. I had the pleasure of speaking with Andy who was very professional and transparent. With the snow they were definitely very busy yet took the time to help me out. They were flexible on when I could drop the car off and that was extremely helpful for me. If the car is repairable I look forward to being able to see and review their craftsmanship.
