This is the absolute worst bank! I will be switching to educators soon. It's always a slow process inside even when they are not busy. 500 dollar limit in drive through when all the other us bank I've been too let me take out whatever I need. ATM has been broke for a few days now....they got rid of the good bank in franksville to keep this one???? SMH You need a good manager or something!!!!!

I would give this branch a zero if I could. I wanted to open an additional account and was turned away because I didn't schedule an appointment. The lady that turned me away was sitting in her office without a mask on. She put one on in addition to latex gloves as she proceeded to walk me out of her office. This is customer service? You make your customers feel like they are lepers. Shame on you! I will be taking my business elsewhere and closing all of my remaining accounts.

Great Customer Service. The employees are very knowledgeable and they understand my financial needs. I drive here just to see the employees.

It seems like no matter what time of day you come in, the wait is over 30 minutes even if there are less than 2 people in line. Their staff works both the lobby and drive thru. I am shocked this branch is allowed to be run in a way like this.

Worst branch in Wisconsin! Slow, inept, poor service training. USB should close this branch and start over! Banking at it's saddest. Been a customer of USB since 1983!

Waited 20 min at the teller for a basic check deposit receipt. Either systems are highly flawed or this location is very understaffed. Very dissatisfied.

This bank is wildly understaffed. And I can't seem to find any job postings on their website so they must be content with the long lines and wait times for their customers. I am trying to get my corporate team to switch banking insitutions as these long wait times are terrible. The customer time wasting here is so bad that I had more than enough time to hop on their guest wifi to write this review. The very few people who work here are nice and deserve better staffing.

When you lose confidence in the management of your bank (or branch in this case), you should find another bank to work with. I have not done it yet, despite paying the consequences of bad management of the branch (and too much confidence on my side) in Racine, Washington Ave in 2019. Until today, no one apologized - I was offered to speak with a supervisor , that after a while of waiting I have been told that she is busy, and that she will call me by phone. It never happened, of course. And today those same people require respect towards them, when you express your disagreement. The respect shouldn't be mutual, I wonder?So - I consider the management of the US Bank branch in Racine incompetent and do not recommend it to anyone. I'll change bank when I can, because there are no more branches of the same bank in Racine.

We were very pleased with the service we received. Staff are very helpful! Good Customer Service. I don't have to wait in the drive thru because I use Online banking.

During this whole pandemic, drive thru service has been extremely slow. There is no reason why you should have to wait 15 or more minutes for a $40 withdrawal when you are 1st in line and the ATM is down.
