Spoke with Sharon, hopefully correct spelling, she is an amazing customer service agent, so glad she works for my postal service. Was very informational, helped with my issue and she also helped me make arrangements. Not only kind and professional but was thorough as well. Thank you for all you do and im truly thankful.
