Always a good experience despite the sometimes longish lines. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are always doing their best to serve with a smile and offer 24 hour access to a computerized kiosk that you can buy postage from in the entryway of the West Racine Station.

why is the package drop off box alwys locked? I gotta wait in line just to drop off a package, but some ppl get to just jump ahead. lady still takes time to scan the packages he dropped off.

The self-service lobby is open 24 hours! Easy to find. Glad I was able to mail a few cards after work on a Sunday.

I have enjoyed this location over 50 years + working my career, raising my kids just enjoyed watching my family grow up to adults go out into the world proud mom and dad

The clerk was knowledgeable. We were sending an I-Pass, and she explained how to wrap it so that when the truck passed a tollway, it wouldn't be charged

Every time I go into this post office the staff is lovely, polite, kind, and professional. Thank you for all of that. And a special compliment today to my mail carrier. He brought a package to the door because the sender hadn’t provided enough postage. I wish I knew the postman’s name for Newman Road! This gentleman was kind, polite, thoughtful, and professional. He was also patient while I went to get the postage money. I just want to say, “You are GREAT!” Thank you so much!

I avoid this post office like the plague because the employees are always super mean and have attitudes even when I'm just trying to be kind, do my business and get out. Not sure why it's always a hostile environment but I won't go here anymore... it's not worth putting a damper on my day.

Came in to drop off a one rate package that I labeled at home so I wouldn't have to talk to the less than competent staff but I found the drop off box locked shut with no signage as to why. Only one other person in line so I waited. and waited. and waited, 7 people in line now with no worker in sight. 8th person comes in with a package and I see her set it on a large stack of other packages at the corner window. no sign, just a pile. I hate coming to this branch.
