Vision Clinic-Dr Savin & Associates provides exceptional care, making patients feel at ease with their knowledgeable and friendly staff. They take the time to listen to concerns and ensure a positive experience. Patients appreciate the clinic's genuine concern for their well-being and leave with a smile on their face. The doctors do a great job taking care of patients. However, the office staff can be a bit rough around the edges, though not rude. Patients should be prepared to wait, as appointments can take up to 2 hours, and new glasses may take up to 2 weeks to be ready. Despite these minor inconveniences, the clinic's expertise and dedication to patient care are highly valued.
